Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

jake collects polaroid photos- whether they're from the 50's or the 80's, he loves them. especially antique ones; they give you a sort of feeling or emotion that can really sway you. almost as if you're in the picture yourself. it doesn't simulate it, but sets off a mood, pretty much, and jake likes that. modern pictures.. yeah, they're unique an all, but they don't
but jake doesn't only gather old vintage pictures- he saves up tickets, posters, and mainly anything with a pleasing appearance on paper.

She gets mad if you try to throw away paper plates for heaven sakes. But that's only because she likes the little and simple things, she believes everything has at least some beauty.

Fable / Female
Fable collects light bulbs. At night, her light bulbs light up and she can see faint little glows in every corner of her room. Fable's scared of the dark, and her tiny bright treasures help her to conquer her fear. She finds light bulbs peculiar, as they can come in any shape, and any size. Fable's fascinated by how such a small thing can have so much light inside of it. It leads Fable to believe that even though she is small, she can have light inside of her, just like her precious light bulbs. All she has to do find her light, so that she can be strong in the dark when she's afraid.

Fable studies light energy, and hopes to one day become a famous scientist.
