alrighty so after fighting with the oekaki for almost a week with this custom I finally gave up. Honestly the regular layers are still there and maybe at come point I'll actually go back to try to fix it but prolly not. Either way here is my custom, whom I've wanted to a long time but didn't know what I wanted until recently.
