Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

Princess is the kind of gal that will mostly trust everyone that she sees. One day, she sat outside in a vast land as a slim kalon padded over to her. "Hello M'lady." The kalon smiled and bowed. "Hello there.." Princess said as she tilted her head and looked at the kalon. "The names Prince Matt, and I suspect your part of the royal family aswell?" He said eyeing the dress she was wearing. "You are correct." She smiled as she looked at the happy prince. "Would you like to see something?" Prince Matt looked at her. "Sure!" Princess said, as she added "I have been quite lonely lately, so I guess it's nice to have someone to walk around with, so i'd love to." She stood up, as Matt grabbed her paw. "Then lets go!" He said as he walked, and than ran to the space he wanted to show her. It was a dark room. "Why are we here?" Princess questioned, as she saw Matt take out a jar. "This.." Matt said as he opened a jar of fireflies. They all flew out, as the room lit up with bright lights, and rose petals flurried the ground. Princess gasped in amazement, as everything was beautiful. "Cool right?" Matt said. "Not a-lot of people are interested in this stuff." He frowned slightly. "Well I am!" Princess smiled. "It's gorgeous." She added. "Well i'm glad one princess likes it, all the other princess said it wasn't pricey enough, or i wasn't a good prince.." He looked up at her, his eyes glimmering as fireflies flew around. "Well, I think it's wonderful, and price doesn't matter to me. It's the fact that you took effort into doing all of this, never listen to those people, they just want to bring you down." Princess patted him on the back, as Matt hugged her. "You're right, I shouldn't listen to them. I'm glad there's one Princess i've met that can shine the light to all the dullness."

Copeland is very innocent, however, with her innocence she is also very reckless. She is forced to move around a lot, because her family can't afford to stay in one place all the time. She loves to prank people, on occasions though. Due to her innocent nature, she has lived a very sheltered life. Copeland has never set foot inside a public school, or private for that matter. She has been homeschooled by her mother, and will most likely become a singer like her father.
how she earned the nickname "princess"

One night after she had finished packing her supplies, she found her grandmother's sewing machine. She picked up the manual, and started to read the small pamphlet. Once Copeland was finished reading, she found herself wanting to make a dress. The reason she wanted to make a dress was because right before they moved, the local school had a prom. Copeland was enchanted by the beautiful "princess dresses" and wanted one herself. She knew she couldn't ask her father or mother, she didn't want them to feel bad that they didn't have enough money to get her a beautiful dress.

Copeland knew she needed fabric, so she ended up finding herself a job at a bar, where she decided to sing. She had been told on multiple occasions that she had a beautiful voice, and wanted to put it to the test. Her innocent mind, however, didn't know what a bar could hold.

She had ended up working in the bar for a short time, just long enough to afford the fabrics she wanted for her princess dress, she set herself to work in the room where the sewing machine was set up. Her parents were too busy working to keep the house in full running shape, so she was left to her own devices most of the time.

Her parents came home from work late at night a week later, and they didn't see Copeland anywhere. The lights then turned off in the room, as they heard the soft footsteps of their only daughter. They stood in the dark for a few seconds, and then the lights flashed on. There was Copeland, standing in a beautiful light purple gown, with gems elegantly splayed across her work. On her face, she wore a smile that light the room like the mighty sun.

Leah can be quite sassy when need be, but she's actually a genuine
sweetheart. Many people call her fake because of it. She has a real
caring side to her and she doesn't like seeing people hurt, but she's
quite used to getting hurt anyways. She can get annoyed easily but
she really tries to contain it. Leah can be fairly clingy and needy
for attention, but she'd only show that side for her boyfriend.

throw at her, and she'd occasionally meet some of them
if they've won competitions of hers or whatnot.
