I was grounded this weekend and didn’t get the chance to add more extras (sneaking on my computer would have been impossible anyways, and to be honest, I spend way too much time online), so my form is sub-par because of this.
I'm going to try and add another story tonight, but since it's past the deadline, I'll make sure to cut off the story from the rest of my form.

Terra is a very down to earth mare. She always thinks things through, and tries to find the most logical, efficient, or kind solution to the problem at hand. Due to this, she often spends more time alone with her thoughts then with a companion or two. This isn’t to be mistaken for having a general aura of unfriendliness, however. She is very friendly if spoken to, and though loved by many from afar, only a few have been able to handle the intensity of her thoughts. When left to her own accord, she will often contemplate how to better improve her riders’ skill levels, and what they need to work on.
She prefers to work with younger children, as she enjoys teaching them the ropes, and how things work in the world of riding. One thing in particular that she loves about this is the child’s natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. She likes it when she gets to show them a little piece of her life so they can learn how to ride and care for her, and in turn, she cares for them. Terra is very patient, and will calmly keep trying to help the child until they learn. However, if she feels that something they are asking her to do is too advanced for them, she will stop in her tracks and wait until they have a change of heart. This way, they won’t get hurt, and she teaches them an important lesson: don’t overestimate yourself. (Though a little extra self-confidence doesn’t hurt!) Though this trait is very important for a beginners’ horse, Terra also possesses another special trait that makes her perfect for the job, which is her affectionate manner. All the children love her, and her nuzzles and “hugs.” All of these motherly characteristics Terra exemplifies are what make her a favorite horse of nearly every rider and stable worker.
In her free time, Terra likes to be put out to pasture in the evening, with a thick fog covering the tips of the trees. She’s very in touch with nature, and will stay there for hours, taking in the silent and majestic beauty of the whole scene. By the time the lethargic sun’s rays have become distorted by the restless ocean, she watches it, and then heads back in to call it a night. It is on these outings that she finds the most inner peace.
Terra’s chosen discipline is endurance. She is naturally pretty good at it, though by far, she isn’t the best. She mostly just enjoys the trail riding, and being able to traverse the wooden paths that encircle the stables. Many great riders at her stable have been trained in endurance by starting on her.

Terra had always been curious about the neighbors to the south. They kept to themselves, and owned a great expanse of land separated from her own only through a thick stretch of forest. Sometimes on her nightly outings, she would stand at the entrance to the great forest, and wonder what was out there. Perhaps she would never know. Today was no different, she thought. With a swift start, she cantered over to the forest to watch the sun set in the background. When the last rays had sunk below the ocean, she turned to head back just as she heard a noise amongst the bushes. Startled, she turned around, her tail shooting up like a banner. The source of the mysterious noise was nowhere to be found. She slowly walked back to the stables as she heard it again, more prominently. It almost sounded like a wounded animal. She cautiously crept closer, ears perked for any noise to sound again. In the darkness, she stepped forward, every step as silent as the sky was dark. Her heavy hooves crushed every blade of grass she stepped on. Suddenly, a twig snapped, and the sound resonated through the emptiness of the night.
“Please don’t hurt me!” a meek voice cried out. A small, fluffy figure stepped into the moonlight. He had a long coat of cream colored fur, and looked up at Terra. He had clearly never seen a horse before. “Who are you?” the puppy asked, when he finally realized she posed no threat.
“I’m Terra.” The puppy, clearly not satisfied with her answer, reworded her question.
“
What are you?” Terra, completely taken aback by the question stuttered for a moment.
“W-w-what am I? What do you mean, ‘What am I?’ I’m a horse!”
“What’s that?” the puppy asked.
“Here’s a deal: I’ll tell you what a horse is if you come stay in the nice warm stables for the night with me. We wouldn’t want you to freeze out here, would we?” The puppy, eager to learn what a horse, agreed, and together, they walked back to the stables.
The next day, a few yawns and stretches later, the puppy was back to his usual ball of energy. In an effort to calm him down, Terra asked, “What’s your name, sweetie?”
“Firefly,” he replied, before returning to his perpetual state of bounciness. Terra sighed, then tried another tactic.
“I’m ready to teach you what horse means if you’ll calm down and come with me!” Firefly followed, though his energetic gait still didn’t lose its bounce. Terra led him to a worn down porch door, where she let out a whinny to show she was there. A few seconds after, the door was answered by a young woman with light brown hair, and red dyed tips. She looked at Terra, and when she spied Firefly hiding between her legs, a look of understanding settled on her facial expression. She bent down with open arms to receive him, and glanced at his collar.
“Firefly. Hmm... a fitting name, I have to say!” Terra looked on with a smile, and from that moment, she knew it wasn’t the last she’d be seeing of Firefly.

Everything beyond this point was edited past the deadline, and I’m not sure if that was allowed or not. I just figured I’d let you know c:

For exactly two hours and thirty-seven minutes, I have known the darkness. My legs yearn to run free. I pace back and forth in the trailer, my hooves clunking against the noisy metal. Suddenly, the truck jerks to a halt.
Freedom! I turn my ears toward the heavy footsteps reaching my trailer. A rough hand slides the door open. Before they see me coming, I slide out of the trailer, hooves hitting the ground running. A cloud of dust deters my new pursuer, his heavy boots shortening his stride. My slim gray legs nimbly dodge the equipment scattered around the stables. I have no idea of where I’m heading, but I keep running anyways. A small shack looms in the distance. I race towards it, the man long left in my wake. My hooves skid in the dirt, just as I’m about to crash into the brown wall of the shack. Dust forms a cloud around me, settling on my flea-bitten gray coat.
“Nice stop,” I hear a voice say. Startled, I turn around. A beautiful chimeric mare looms over me. Though my actual height far exceeds hers, it is something in the way she carries herself that gives her a presence that cannot be denied. Taken aback for a moment, I stop and stare at her, talking in everything about her. She has an intriguing coat, a mix of seal brown and lilac roan with brindle. Her kind eyes are an earthly green, and they twinkle as she smiles at me. “You must be Rose. Everyone’s dying to meet you, follow me! I was heading back to the stables anyways.” Tongue still tied, all I can do is nod, and follow her. This new place is actually quite lovely, a detail I failed to notice earlier, when I was too focused on escaping. The thought barely flickered across my mind that my pursuer might be near the stables, but I felt so calm and protected around this mare that I just let it pass by, never occurring to me again. Soon, we reach the stables, a rather large building with grey doors, the bottom half completely caked in the spring mud. “Spring’s my favorite season, I just love how everything comes to life again,” she murmured, not talking to anyone in particular.
“I never noticed that before. I always hated how it didn’t follow a pattern the way winter does.”
“She speaks!” the mare exclaims, smiling my way. “I’m Terra, by the way.” Before I can even get a nod out, I notice a figure emerge into my field of view.
The man! I jump back, eyes wide with surprise. “Settle down, Rose, Adrian’s the most gentle human I know!” Terra states gently.
