We've been needing some ACDs for a while now cx Remember that draft horses can be fantastic improver breeds for lighter horses, even if you aren't looking to breed drafts specifically!
For anyone who doesn't know, the Around the World event will have two horses of the same breed from each major region that has made a significant equine breed contribution. Because I will die if I have to make 392 horses for this event, only the regions/countries in which a recognizable breed has been produced will be included; this does not mean your country doesn't count! I just have to keep the horses restricted to the major ones, especially those we don't already have in our sim yet ^^
To win this girl, tell me an interesting tidbit about the American Cream Draft ^^ The most interesting/creative fact wins, and the competition will be judged on October 2nd!

Interesting fact: Since the American Cream Draft is born with the champagne gene, it is born with brown hooves, pink skin and blue eyes. The eyes go through multiple stages of change as the horse matures; it will go from blue to hazel to amber and sometimes in certain cases, green in adulthood.

Interesting fact: 98% of ACD horses can trace their lineage back to one single Iowan draft mare named "Old Granny", who was a cream-colored draft. In addition to this common ancestor and despite other breeds having been introduced into the bloodline, testing has proven that the American Cream Draft is in fact it's own distinct breed, and not just what's known as a "color breed".

Interesting fact:
The American Cream Draft is a rare draft horse breed, the only such breed developed in the United States that is still in existence. It is recognized by its cream color, known as "gold champagne", produced by the action of the champagne gene upon a chestnut base color, and by its amber eyes, also characteristic of the gene; the only other color found in the breed is chestnut. Like several other breeds of draft horses, the American Cream is at risk for the autosomal recessive genetic disease junctional epidermolysis bullosa.

Congrats, SpartanAmethyst! I really liked the fact about the ACD being its own distinct breed with the genetic testing thing ^^
