Best scare: hunter snickered as he heard a screech outside. someone had walked in to his spiderweb trap. hunter had set up a few traps for people, most of them leading to the back door of his house, (which didn't even look like it led in to his house lmao). he quietly waited for someone to come in the back door. he had a storage of water balloons by his hooves, the water died to look red, like blood. he was going to splash one on himself and some on the walls and floor, hoping they would hear it. then he'd scream like he was being hurt.
the back door slammed. this was his chance.
he threw the water balloons and put down his fake halloween knife by him and lay steady, holding his breath for as long as he could. the person came in. they screamed in terror seeing a dead, or so they thought, hunter laying on the ground. they ran outside and hunter could hear their heavy breathing as they ran out of his house.
ha! hunter thought satisfyingly. i scared them out of their socks.

The lights are dim and Hassle is safely hidden outside. He peers through the window. Any minute now... He hears foorsteps up the walk. He hears a knock on the door. "Hello? Hassle?" A voice calls. He hears the doorknob turn. "Hass?" He hears the voice again. Footsteps inside the house. The light turns on. He tries not to laugh as the small trapdoor he'd installed opens up and drops hundreds of fake spiders down on top of the other furry. A scream rings out through the air and footsteps pound through the house and run outside. He hops out from behind the house, laughing like a maniac. "Haaaa, I got you!" He says, dancing in circles, laughing his head off.
