FAQ;;
"Want to know about me? Well, alright, I have time to kill."
"Let's start with the basics. I'm Tadpole, but call me Tad. I live here, in the swamps, alone. Yes, it gets lonely, and there aren't near enough gals to flirt with... What?"
"As you can probably tell, I'm bold, unstoppable, flirty, and driven. If I have something in mind, there's no turning back. I need to get it done, whether it be something as small a task as get food, or something as massive as spring cleaning. I do tend to be a bit aggressive and cocky, but that's if you get in my way or mess with my stuff. Don't."
"How'd I get my name? Well.. heh... It was the first other animal I saw. It totally didn't scare me out of my fur, pshh, totally not. Anyways, I was about 1-2 weeks old, and I was parched. I needed some water, or something. Back then, I hated the taste of swamp water, so that was basically my brussel sprouts at the time."
"I was searching for a puddle, or anything other than swamp water, and I came across a small pond. It was gorgeous, right on the edge of the swamp and the forest, crystal clear water, covered with lily pads and water lilies. I dabbed a paw in the water, trying to find out if it was safe. After about 10 seconds, I decided to plunge in. I dipped in my muzzle, and drank gratefully. It was delicious."
"I closed my eyes, and kept drinking. It was so fresh, so clean. Finally satisfied, I opened my eyes, only to see a small pair glaring at me from within the pool. I yelped, backed away, and ran as fast as I could home. I only found out what it was the next day, when describing it to my new-found friend, Duft. I loved the sound of it, so I was thereafter known as Tadpole."
"Speaking of friends, I'll tell you about them. Of course, as mentioned, Duft was one of my first friends. He acts like a viscling, so when I met him at 1 week old, we clicked instantly. Its about a 20 minute walk from my house to his. My second friend is Soren, and it took a long time for us to become friends. He's really sweet though, and not as scary as he looks. ;w;"
"Chase is quite a crazy one. His arrogant side matches mine, and so our first meeting involved growling and claws. We eventually settled it, and became close friends, although we argue over stupid things all the time."

Tad's History;;
"...Well, if you insist. My tale begins in the swamps, particularly the Everglades in the USA. I hatched in a small nest, with only the scent of wet moss and dewdrops left. It was quite comfy, until my stomach growled. I was starving."
"Life was difficult at first. I could only catch minnows and bugs, enough to "small me", but not enough to sustain the "growing me". I often went to bed tired, cramped, and hungry. It was rough."
"One day, while stumbling over my own paws, I came across an old, massive cypress tree. I looked it up and down, and strangely enough, there was no water near the trunk of it. Intrigued, I circled it, then knocked on the wood. A definite noise came from inside it, and I was amazed! Shelter, at last."
"I dug into the earth for a solid 3 hours before almost giving up. My coat was caked in mud, claws broken and uneven. I took a breath, caught a minnow, then kept up at my work. At last, for what seemed like an eternity later, I broke through the bottom of the trunk. Inside, the trunk was hollowed out, closing near the top. It was spacious, nearing around 10 feet in diameter. I breathed out my satisfaction before flopping down, and falling asleep."
"Half a year later, I had grown quite a bit. I had kept up my hunting, and soon learned how to catch trout, frogs, and sometimes went for birds. I had come into contact with other viscets, but none stayed long... Well, of course, I scared them off!"
"My personality had matured, and now I was aggressive, territorial, and driven. I could beat anyone, anything. I was stronger than a bear, sneakier than a fox, and had faster reflexes than a wildcat. I was young. I was unstoppable. I was really stupid."
"One day, the wind was howling outside of my trunk-house. Rain was beating down, but I was inside, warm and safe from the raging outside. All of a sudden, I smelt something. Bear? No, not big enough. Bobcat? No, they stayed far from me. I rolled my eyes, annoyed, but adrenaline rushed through me. My claws flexed, and I felt my teeth with my tongue. I narrowed my eyes, and prepared for the monstrosity."
"Once outside, I spotted my prey. It was a weird creature, black with white stripes, and beady black eyes. It swung around, and stared up at me. I lunged, clawing at its flesh. Wrong move."
"It reached its paw out, clawing my hind leg. I hesitated, and it lunged at me. The tables had turned. I scrambled up my tree, trusting my legs not to give out. I watched it pace around the tree, before finally lumbering away. I half scooted, half fell down the tree, and went inside. Needless to say, I lost a bit of my aggression that day, but don't even think about fighting me! I'm still unstoppable."
