Kleeare (klee-are) are a species of nocturnal equine found on the island of Nocte. Most of the predators on the island are diurnal, hunting during the day and sleeping at night. In order to avoid the predators, Kleeare have evolved to do just the opposite, sleep during the day and be active at night. Due to this, Kleeare have whiskers and large ears to help them navigate in the dark. Though their most notable feature is their bioluminescent spots, made of bioluminescent cells and hollow, pigmentless hairs. They use these spots for communication, similar to a firefly.

Here's my first adopt to you all, the timer is correct as I couldn't make up my mind of what color I should have made this one! Give this beauty a personality!

Cloudy is a sweet girl . . . but sweet doesn't mean she lacks spirit! She is a feisty girl who loves life. She sees the silver lining to every cloud and the rainbow that is sure to follow every storm. She is very social and loves nothing more than spending time with her friends. While her sunny outlook on life may seem immature or naive, she tries to maintain this outlook so that she doesn't become depressed. In the past she was easily depressed and became disheartened quickly. She got tired of always feeling like that so she started trying to find the good in the things that were upsetting her, and eventually it became a habit and no one can deny she is much happier because of it. She is always willing to lend a helping hoof if her friends need her, or even those who are not her friends. She doesn't hold grudges but she sometimes jumps to conclusion and does to much assuming and speculating. She tried very hard to curb this habit, however. Though in front of her friends she acts rather nonchalant about romance and scoffs the ideas of a prince charming, deep down she herself is a bit of a romantic! Dreaming of her 'knight in shining armor'. However she has no particular love interest at this time and is content to sit back and wait for the right one to come along. But don't think she plans on playing damsel in distress! She is much better suited to the role of the heroine.
