Troye cannot stand it when other Vaikis leave the lights on. He views it as an
unnecessary waste of electricity (and then usually goes off on a tangent about
how money doesn't grow on trees and he can't afford to keep the house lit all
the time so the walls and the furniture can stare at each other). Whenever he
walks into an empty room, Troye always turns the lights off, sometimes even
reflexively flipping the switch in rooms that are being used.

Specifically, he'll take pictures of the night sky and then attempt to count each and every star he got in the picture, and don't be mistaken about the planets! If he believes on of the glowing dots on his camera isn't a star, he won't include it in his counting; whether galaxy, planet, comet, etc.
And to keep track of how many stars he's counted, he'll add a white speck of paint for every 10 stars he counts to the bottom of his paws/the palms of his hands. 1 for each star would be far too many, unfortunately.

He will hiss at himself whenever he sees his reflection. For a second he thinks that there is a Vaiki that looks just like him, so he hisses at it, but then he realizes that it's just him. He's not stupid, it just takes him a while to realize things. There can only be one anaconda.
