Sorry this is late being posted. I had a hard time with colors and determining what I should do with this one. In the end I went more or less with a Silver & Gold theme. So this is basically designed after a Christmas ornament I saw and the accessory in the hair is bead garland. Thee little shawl I thought was a nice touch and the red I think really brought out the silver and gold. c:

favorite decoration; The Christmas pickle ornament. My family recently started doing it - on Christmas morning the kids race to try and find a pickle ornament on the tree, and whoever get is first, either gets to open a present first or gets an extra present.

Astrid's favorite decoration is a small golden ornament in the shape of a French horn.
While it might not seem very special to others, the horn has great sentimental value
to Astrid, being a gift from her grandfather. He was very skilled with the instrument
and often played it for her when she was young. Although Astrid was never able to
pick it up, she loves her ornament devotedly and, every year, carefully plans the setup
of her Christmas tree's decorations so that they center around the French horn.

Farran's favorite decoration,
by far, is mistletoe;

specifically its white, glistening
berries. Besides the fact that
the mistletoe symbolizes innocent
love between lovers through a
mandated kiss, Farran morbidly
loves the fact that mistletoe,
in essence, has a very paradoxical
meaning. The beautiful plant
symbolizes fertility and vitality,
but the organism itself is both
parasitic and toxic.
A hidden meaning, he believes.

Golden Bells.
Much like the one that is around Lumi's neck, She is head over heals for small golden bells. She loves the sweet sound of their ring. Also the gleam of their shininess. Although, the bells must ALWAYS be gold. She finds that if they were silver they would blend in with her coat too much, and any other color would clash. Lumi tosses her nose up when someone offers her a plastic gold bell and reply's maybe a little too harshly. She is not very picky, but the only thing she must have for her to love a gold bell is that they have a beautiful ring to it. Plastic bells however, barely have any.

Despite the fact that it gets absolutely everywhere, Doll has always had a soft spot for the sparkly material. It seems that it commonly goes underappreciated, but she believes that any Christmas photo isn't complete without the bit of sparkle brought on by it. Where she's usually very moderate about her decorations-- rather than putting them up in abundance-- she has a nasty habit of applying a bit too much tinsel. Granted, she really doesn't believe there's such a thing as too much tinsel in the first place-- so where she's concerned, everything is a-okay.
