Butterflies
Henry looked out his window, excited for the day he knew was coming. With his binoculars in his claws, he nearly leaped for the window window seat, a box of crackers beside him and, of course, his camera. It was yet again time for another wonderful sight out of his window. Yet, today was special. It was more than just normal watching the nature in his backyard, seeing the bird lazily fly about, and occasionally catching sight of interesting insects. No, this day was the day of butterflies. He had no idea why, but at this time of year, flocks of butterflies seemed to head to his backyard garden. True, he had many butterfly plants, and always saw the beautiful animals in all stages, from egg to fully fledged adult. However, it was only around this time of year did he see the miraculous sight of what seemed to be hundreds, no, millions of butterflies of all kinds of species in his own neighborhood. Butterflies he never even knew existed always came to visit, along with many a friendly familiar face.

It never happened on the exact same day, so he had to keep a look out. However, he always had a feeling deep down when it would happen, and would prepare himself to sit by the window and watch for hours if need be to catch a glimpse of them. Once they were in sight, he would watching them from indoors, and eventually, camera in hand, head outdoors to take as many photos as he can, and maybe even catch a few alive to get a closer examination, and then free them.

So, toady, it was almost sure to happen. True, for the past week he had been running back and forth from his daily chores, back to the window to see if they had come without luck, but the season would be over soon, and they had to come, they just had to, sooner or later. Sometimes he feared it wouldn't happen, but sure enough, it always did, since he was a small child.

So, looking out the window, he positioned his binoculars. It took a few moments but he spotted the first one, and them another. Soon, the flock was flooding in. Swallowtails, monarch, viceroys, zebras, queens, soldiers, eastern commas, pink banded sisters, starry night crackers, and a ton of others fluttered gracefully past his window, alighting on flowers to get their fill of sweet nectar. With a large grin, the young vaiki pulled his binoculars away from his eyes, quickly finished munching on his crackers, and ran off down the stairs with his camera, soon finding himself outside surrounded by the glorious sight of butterflies.

Lakes
Why, you ask?
Well, Annoura really enjoys being around the
peaceful places such as lakes. Often people
fear it, but she doesn't understand why, though.
At times Annoura would just sit and relax there
or take a small dip in the water. Other than that
she loves to hang around and talk to the fishes, but
sometimes, unfortunately for them she would sometimes
be fishing them. Another reason is because of how beautiful
it looked in the glimmering sun light and in spring, she would
often chase the butterflies while running in the edge of the water.
