Why is the world so quiet..?
Small sniffles resounded against the quiet room, a dark pelted Vaiki huddled in the sheets of the bed, strewn
everywhere. Tears dappled his amber markings as he lay quiet in the early dawn, not a peep to be heard in the
house as the overbearing nightmares replayed in his mind.

Why is the world so cruel...?
Laughs echoed in his eardrums as he gave a scoff, sauntering powerfully away from the pink Vaiki, tears
threatening at her eyes as a darker pelted on ran to comfort her, a glazed stare of disappointment flashing
in her eyes. With taunting smiles, the others around him followed the dark pelted Vaiki back. He flashed a sneer.
"You're just a waste of time..."

Why is the world so empty..?
The small drops of water seemed to calm him down more than his 'friends' most days. The steady dripping
of his sink gave him a reminder that he was still here, slumping in defeat over the marble sink; something
that he was raised to not do: Loosing his composure.

Why is the world so overwhelming..?
His back was arched over his desk, claws running through his dark fur on-top of his head, eyes clearly
unfocused on the massive sheets of work carelessly tossed on his desk. Sloppy words seem to litter
the thin sheets, though it seemed more aggravated rather than anything.

Why did I let the world do this to me...?
