Although they are most commonly known for snacking tender sweet fruits, Jingles are omnivores and are quite capable of digesting meat. These creatures are known for their hostility and or fear of other species, and unless raised otherwise, typically don't interact with other animals. Jingles have an unexplained attraction to shiny objects. (Such as bells, coins, gems, etc.)

Tarik collects small metal tubes. Though this may sound strange at first, he actually uses them to create wind chimes. The music of the chimes brings him back to his childhood; his mother had also loved wind chimes and hung them up all around the house. Now that he's older he enjoys doing this too (after smothering them in glitter first).

What do they collect: Star-shaped gemstones, He has a special fondness for a particular rare opal in his collection that has the colors of a far-off galaxy. He found this particular stone while exploring a cave with strange markings, showing the way to his treasure and prize. Though his hoard is safe in his home, he prefers to keep this special star-opal tucked in his collar. His star-gems range in different shapes and sizes, some being six or seven-pointed, others only four. He prefers any with exactly five points, the rarest kind of all to find. He is not particular about the color or rarity of the stone, simply the shape.

What do they collect: This young jingle adores the art of Japanese calligraphy. It is a form of meditation that involves clearing your mind and just letting letters flow from the brush(or her tail in this instance.) She feels as if she can truly describe herself and the way she sees the world through her own art like no one else could. She is very at peace with the inner world and outer, often writing in great detail of vast supernovas which she can witness by being clear of mind. She collects the one thing that most struggle to obtain, memories. Memories of her life, the world, of great beauty seen through destruction within the depths of her writing.

You are only allowed to add extras if it's connected to what they collect and such, like if you'd like to add likes then make it about what they like in the gemstones they collect, what they look for in them or such. Hopefully I'm not too confusing with my way to try and explain this...

Digging Deeper: Shimmer has always been fascinated with bugs. Whether it was a dainty butterfly or a deadly spider, she just seemed to have a certain ire of respect for the otherwise despised creatures. Her favorite of them all is the most feared of bugs - the giant weta. This gigantic, horrifying creature can grow to be larger than a human hand. Yet, they are generally calm and peacful insects, making them quite popular collection subjects as well as pets. Shimmer just seems to see a certain spark in these creepy crawlies that most others dont, and spends her time catching more and more in order to expand on her living collection of weird and wacky bugs.

Okun collects unique fruits! He loves to gather
exotic fruits, sometimes even just "different" trees and plant them in his specially
tempatured back-yard. He has many different kinds such as;
Cherries, Pineapple, Banana, Cacao Beans, and even an Evergreen!
To put this simply, Okun loves to decorate his back-yard with nature,
while also supplying himself with different tastes to discover!

What is they're favorite type of tree?:
He absolutely adores Cacao Tree's!
He had never seen or heard about these tree's
until he traveled to a Jungle and investigated them.
Okun learned that the beans from Cacao Tree's make chocolate,
he was completely astounded!

the simple thing about candles, is that they serve as a multi-purpose instrument. as simple invention that Rin became obsessed with ever since he was a child. he first used them for illumination. ever since he was a child, moving place to place he always used candles. to light his way and navigate the woods on his way home from his daily adventures. the then loves the ambiance they give. ever since he figured out to do aromatherapy, to relax himself while he does meditation. for this he uses his highly valued scented candles. he also uses them to measure a used it to measure a considerable amount of time. usually from the start of his trip to the end of his trip. the time is marked in hours, carved into the candle wax, usually set while he's preparing for his adventures, too keep track of time instead of using say, a clock or a stop watch. he also uses it to keep track of each day and only burns a set amount each day. usually a week before he heads out on his adventures, to keep track of time. and this he uses them to combat his mortal enemy. bugs. he uses the smoke from the candles to ward off bugs inside his cabin home. he hates bugs with a passion, never wanting to harm them, he uses candle smoke and aroma to ward them off. rin chooses to look at himself in a mirror when he's meditating, being the peaceful spirit he is, watching his fur and imagining it moves like a candle's flame. he collects them for many purposes, and still as a habit of filling his house with used, old, and new ones. not really wanting to get rid of them. candles to him are amazing and are completely useful. which is why he collects them all the time.

What do they collect: Mercutio collects any kind of baby-soft fabrics. He has a thing about texture, and can't even eat certain foods without feeling sick if they're too slimy or too chunky. So, it's only expectable that he'd love certain kinda of fabrics. Anywhere from nylon to spandex to silk, if it's soft and fun and pleasing to smother your hands in; Mercutio probably loves it!

Alternatively, Mercutio has some fabrics he stays away from as well. The feeling of denim against his skin, for example, drives him nuts and he hates it. Cotton is another, while it is soft the way it's made into shorts gives it a bad name for him...so if he were to nab some cotton, it'd need to be raw. Wool is too clumsy and itchy for him personally, and felts are a bit in the middle.
The ribbon on his collar is made of "minky" fabric, cut into a thin strip.
