What are they?
Puffin-Snouted Lizardtails, better known as "Puffsnouts", are a colorful mammal slightly resembling a bird, a dog, a lizard, and a cat. They have large, stout bodies, are approximately three feet in height, have a large, scaled and furred leopard gecko like tail, a furry body, and a beak-like face. Their ears are similar in shape to that of a deer's. They are very intelligent, having their own complex language and able to learn the language of other animals and humans. They mainly eat fish, fruits and meat, however they do not eat birds. They have small, but very sharp fangs and long claws that are retractable only on their front paws. They live in groups called "Clouds" ( EX: A Cloud of Puffsnouts ) that claim their own territories, but are usually peaceful with their neighbors. Puffsnouts are from another world and are, in a sense, "portal" animals who have the ability to travel to other worlds by use of their ability to create and close portals. They enjoy swimming, and their thick coats are somewhat waterproof. For Further information, visit the About Section.

Special #30 has finally arrived. c:
This little girl is between the ages 12 and 17! She is a princess from a tribe-like Cloud of puffsnouts who use glow in the dark paint to decorate the walls or, occasionally, to use as decorations on their fur during parties or big events. (The pawprint on her shoulder is PAINT that GLOWS, not a marking! It can be removed.) The tribe is currently nameless, though info on the known puffsnout clouds shall be available soon once both the further information and offical role-play are completed.
This girl is rather special. Not only if she the ruler of her cloud's daughter - a princess of sorts - but she has glowing eyes, extra hair, and a fully furred tail that has extra than usual stripes and is awfully short. However, the "glow" on her tail and paws are all paint, only her eyes glow naturally.
She also has a winter coat which is entirely white! She only looks white during winter though. I'll post her "seasonal" references when the contest is done.
There may be two or less/more runner ups if they contest goes well and has enough good and amazing entries. c:
When puffs of her Cloud come of age, they are required to capture an animal companion that shall aid them in hunting. The typical choices are small felines of their world, or medium to large sized rodents, but, usually, they choose birds, especially birds of prey.
This is where you come in! Your task is to design the bird she has tamed - her chosen animal was a bird (the bird species may be fictional if desired, but please, nothing you just made up, but "fictional" I mean like phoenixes are fictional but not "owned" by anyone) - give him/her (the bird) a name, a personality, and write a story on how she captured/befriended it.
You must also give the puffsnout a name, and a personality description (bonus points if she is tough but not in a rude and obnoxious way, more of a fun and adventurous way).
You may also add any extras you want but they are not required.
Please read a bit about puffsnouts here and be aware of their species info and keep them to the puffsnouts "canon".
