There is nothing that gives Ceol more pleasure in life than music. This may seem odd since, being an Oxirie, she cannot play a musical instrument. Ceol is also quite clumsy; reason enough for her to vow to avoid dancing, never mind her huge horns which with one elaborate head movement could accidentally turn a coordinated dance routine into a panicked, bruised melee. Asking her to sing might not be the best idea either, seeing as her voicebox hardly allows for birdsong... or anything vaguely harmonious. Given these facts, what appeal does music hold for Ceol?
The answer is simply listening. Ceol's favourite hobby is listening to music. She can identify barely any genres of music, she merely likes or dislikes it; it's usually the former. Ceol listens to every piece of sound that sounds like it might be music- raindrops, thunder, leaves rustling, you name it and she will find a way to interpret it as music. Unsurprisingly, Ceol's sense of hearing is extraordinarily good. If she had to chose a favourite type of music, Ceol would chose classical music; she adores the way music can express a message or feeling, often simply through the instruments themselves.
