~Foxhunt is a very firey mare, which suits her looks. She only allows certain people to ride her, and she'll bit and/or kick anyone who she doesn't want to ride her. She is a very stubborn and determined horse. If she starts something, so will finish it, rider or not. We do not advise anyone go out on the trails or anywhere on her alone, because if you fall off, she doesn't pay any attention. Lace, the owner of the stables and one of my most trusted characters, is one of the only people she lets ride her. Foxhunt doesn't trust men, so the only male to ever ride her was Lace's brother, who couldn't controll her. This proves that she has high standerds for who can ride her, though she is easier to pursuade when you give her sugar cubes. She isn't as mean to visitors as she is to riders. She's usually okay with anyone unless you try to sadle her, but she doesn't like you. Her name plays in with what we use her for. During hunting season, we take some of the older riders and go hunting horse-back in the woods at a local's house.~

:Lace's Pov:
~Foxhunt was originally just named Phoenix of The Night when she was younger because we usually took her to competitions and rodeos. After two years, she got tired of competing, so her owners retired her. She had many awards that cam with her. We hung most of them in her stall when we first got her, so everyone knows how good she is. We mainly use her for trails and hunts, of course. She is one of our first horses, and we are proud to have her on our ranch.~

:Original owner's Pov:
~Phoenix's dam was a champion, so we knew that she would be an amazing horse the moment she was born. It was a late Wednesday night when she came, so we stayed up all night helping her mother. Phoenix stared off fiesty by biting my wife's hand when she was first born. We thought it was cute at the time, but she proved to be harder to train as she got older. She was young when we were first able to ride her, though she wouldn't let me or my son ride, so we left her to my wife and daughter. They enjoyed her, so we gave her to my daughter when she turned twelve. Our daughter won many different awards with her, but after two years of competition, our daughter randomly came out and said that she wanted to retire Phoenix. We tried to tell her that the mare still had many years left in her, but she was persistant. She said that the horse just didn't want to compete anymore, so we let her win. We gave her to the new family down the street, who promised that our daughter could come and ride her anytime she wanted. They've been taking great care of her, and our daughter still goes to ride her once a week.~
