Cottonwood Ranch Jousting Tournament Horse #15

Postby ImmyWimmy1 » Tue Jan 14, 2014 12:44 am

After this fella, I'll be releasing the Black w/ other colours specials, with something special for the final Gold/Silver horse, but don't forget about the other horses too!

This stallion is a Fleabitten Grey with a Bloody Shoulder (with a Flaxen Liver Chestnut base coat). His colours are Chestnut Brown and Forest Green, with his symbol being the arrow. This symbolises Direction and Goals, which this stallion sure seems focused on.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it back. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great. Just focus and keep aiming.

Personality:
Like almost every Jousting horse, he is very brave and forward going. Not a bit shy at any obstacle in his way. Nothing is too big for him. It makes whoever rides him confident too. He is lighter than most Jousting horses, but because of his attitude, he becomes the biggest horse in the arena. He is very strong, and probably got that from his father, a large, beautiful, and strong morgan horse. His mother was also on the bigger side for her Arabian breed, and worked hard all of her life. This amazing stallion will shoot for the stars, and never stop until he reaches them.
--
History:
Born at a regular old stable like the one you and I hang around in all the time. Chicko was an amazing foal, and stood up eight minutes after his birth. He was strong, and could beat any of the other foals in a race around the pasture. Everyone admired him, but when it came time, like every foal, weaning came. He went under a lot of stress at that time, as he was so attached to his mother. She loved and cared for him more than any. He would cry out to her constantly, and after a day of calling and no replies he dropped his head.
After that night, he was a demon. He would nip, kick, and spook at everything on purpose. Everyone thought he was crazy. No more was the sweet little foal who would rest his head on your lap and doze off. He would sqeal and kick his stall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The people admitted that he was a pain it the butt, but they still loved him, and kept him around. After a year of trouble, they decided that they wanted to geld him. After all, they surely did not want to have any offspring of him that would act so horrid.
It seemed that that just same week, a new border moved in. She was a Jousting professional, and was looking for a younger horse to buy. Her first day their, she put her old horse into his new stall, and started browsing around to know the place better. The first thing she saw was a pretty little(big) fleabitton grey horse. His ears perked up at her. "Hi Mister." she said and walked over to him, patting him on the head. A stable boy walked in at that moment, his eyes stared at them in amazement. "What's the horses name?" the lady asked. "Ch-ch-chiko." the stable boy said and ran up to go get the owner. When they came back, the owner stared too. Never in the last year could anyone walk up to that horse and pet him without getting bitten or nipped, or kicked for that matter.
It did not take long for everyone agree and sell Chiko to the new border, who's name was Jessica, or Jess for short. She immediately started training him for Jousting, and he learned it like a champ. In less than three years, he was competing in various Jousting events, and coming home with tons of prizes. Everyone was amazed, but Chicko just looked at them like, "You have no hope. It was always in me!"
And to tell you the honest truth, I believe him.

Show Name: soul of a cowboy
Barn Name:LoneSome Soul
Age: 3 years
Gender: Stallion
Breed: Arabian
Colouration: Fleabitten Grey (Flaxen Liver Chestnut base coat)
Personality: wild, spunky, playful, joyful, crazy, a free spirit.a horse that no one could tame.
History: It was a dark night, that is what I always tell people first. I remember a banging and shouts from outside. There seemed to be a commtion in the farm house, but I ignored it, like my mother had told me to do when I was even younger. As I started to nod back to sleep, a gust of wind so sharp and cold blow the barn doors wide open, and broke the top hinges. All the other horses started to whinning, trying to warn whoever wanted to enter. But nothing would stop the wind. I don't know what happened, but suddenly I picked up the sound of a different whinny, a shrill whinny, but there wasn't one, there was loads. Horses from long ago, and acompaning the dreadful noise, the slightly 'clip clop' of hooves as a herd of horses arrived. They stopped at every stall before my own, but said not a word to the horses. As they stopped at looked at my mother's, one whinned loudly, but was silenced by the others. As I continued to watch and listen, they turned as one and stared at me, faces I thought I would never again see. Favourite horses that had ran away had returned. One of them stepped forward, walking through my stall door and headed for me. I backed up until I hit a corner, and knew I was trapped. I saw my mother fighting against her stall door, trying to reach me, but I knew it would be too late. I held my breath when I thought my life would be over, but nothing seemed to happen. Then, as I breathed again, but I didn't move. Follow me or ets i will kill your mom .So, with a final whinny and a tear in my eye, I followed the horse and have never again seen my mother.

I've decided to drop out and divert all of my energy to winning a different jousting horse.

This fellow is a stallion, if you couldn't tell. He is know as Winner around the barn and he loves to eat peppermints. His coloration is Fleabitten Grey, with a Flaxen Liver Chestnut base coat. Oh yes, and I forgot to mention that I, Scarlet Pimpernel, will be his forever loving owner.

Image

Winner is a determined stallion, always trying his hardest to win. His heart is pure gold, easily melted into a soft runny puddle. He tends to be very self directed, but if he sees a mare, his thoughts go out the window and he tries to win her. It doesn't always work and he goes back to his original goal.

Image

Winner had a great foalhood, full of his mother, playing and fun. When he was weaned and sold off, his life took an abrupt downward turn. He no longer had his mother and he could no longer play and have fun. He was a working horse. His owner was a good man, but he tended to treat his horses like machines, as if they had endless energy and no feelings. This was not the right environment for Winner and his owner reluctantly sold him. The rest, as they say, is his story. I purchased him and he is the star of my stable, very happy and winning many medals.

I couldn't resist this guy. I hope Masque doesn't get too jealous....
I'm not really on anymore. I've found a better roleplaying site. I will still be on occasionally to reply to roleplays and adopt pets. If the owners of a roleplay want to free my spot up for another, you can go ahead and kick me. Just send me a pm telling me that.
