This gelding is quite interesting genetically. He is what is known as a Cream Pearl (with a Chestnut base coat), which is where he has inherited a dominant Cream allele from one of his parents and a recessive Pearl allele from the other parent. The only way you'd be able to tell him apart from a normal Cremello is through genetic testing!
His jousting colours are Grey Aqua and Grey Violet, with the symbol he bears being the Headstrong Ram. It is believed that this symbol gives the horse Stoicism.

•Username: Coloré
Show Name: Possession of the Pearl
Barn Name: Dash (sometimes Poss or PP.)
Age: Seven Years
Gender: Gelding (3 breedings max.)
Breed: Quarter Horse
Colouration: Cream Pearl (Chestnut-based)
Personality: Dash is very quiet and gentle. He is always putting others
first and trying to please people around him. Sometimes he gets playful
and excited, but most of all he is determined and hard-working. Though
he is not competitive, he never gives up and gives his best shot. Kids love
him and he enjoys there presence and being around them makes Dash
realise how much he one day wants foals.
History: Well, it started will a small family with one little girl. The girl
owned a beautiful mare who she called Mistress, who wandered the little
area of which they owned. Another family lived nearby and they owned a
lot of land, and one day they offered to let Mistress graze off their grass,
as she didn't have much to eat. They accepted the offer and the girl would
go and play with Mistress at their house, along with their other horse. A
while after, their grass finally grew and Mistress returned to their yard. The
family didn't know what was wrong with her and guessed that she missed
the other horse, but they soon realised that she was pregnant and later on,
she foaled a colt. The colt grew big and strong, but the family was getting
poor, so they put the colt up for sale and he was soon sold to an old lady
who claimed that she was going to use him as a present for her sick
granddaughter. The lady was kind to him, and taught him patience, but then
she took him to her granddaughter. He was abused and starving at his new
home and one day as the girl yelling at him when she fell to the ground. The
next day, the girls parents left and the lady returned and took him home.
After a long while of peace, a man came and took him to a place where he
was trained. He was and still is put through some hard work, but is
occasionally returned to the lady.
Other: I will try really hard for this boy! Idk why but he really draws me
in... Maybe it's the soft colours? I don't usually try for geldings, but this
boy may be my favourite of the lot. C: Anyways, I would hate to be a ram
with toe nail like horns growing out of my head =P
