What is a Kora?
A Kora is a large feline largely resembling a leopard or lion. All Koras have a fluffy dorsal mane, starting from the end of the tail and ending at the crown of the head, falling over the face. Their faces are broad, like a lion, but they have wider eyes adapted to seeing in the dark. Koras have large, tufted tails. We have yet to know what the purpose of such an ornamental tail would be. Koras have long, waterproof fur, good for keeping out water and unfavorable temperatures. Much like their ancestors, the cheetah, snow leopard, and lion, all Koras have spots almost covering their bodies. Occasionally they may be more sparse, but they will always have them for the purpose of camouflage in their harsh wild habitat.

All Koras are given a necklace with a large pendant when they reach the age of two years. This pendant fits their looks and usually says something about their personality as well. The necklaces are custom colored to match or accent the fur color of the particular Kora wearing it.

Why did I choose Connor? Simply because of the hearts on his pelt. Oh? You don't get the reference? Well, originally I wanted to name him something that went along with the hearts, something along the lines of love or maybe love loss, but then I had a deeper idea. I thought, "for some reason when I look at this, it reminds me of a song". That song was "Lover I Don't Have To Love" by Bright Eyes. Still doesn't make sense? The lead singer of Bright Eyes' name is Connor Oberst. Now does it make a little sense?

Long Version:
-Connor is exactly what I would expect a cute creature like him would be; quite flirtatious. Just like in "Lover I Don't Have To Love", he stays with girls only for a short time, only wanting them for a brief time for their love and attention. Being a sort of "player", you wouldn't think of him as being a total sweetheart, but on the inside he is! When he meets the right lil' lady, he will melt like butter in their paws!-
-Have you ever been asked to choose between two things, but you couldn't decide? That's exactly how Connor is! He is extremely indecisive and can never come to terms with what he wants, almost EVER. "Mac & Cheese or Ramen?" "Uh..." "Coke or Pepsi?" "Uh..." "Walking Dead or Breaking Bad?" "Uh..." He never knows how to choose.-
-"Hard-headed? Me? Naw!" Oh, yes. Connor won't admit it, but he is definitely someone you don't want to butt heads with. When he's in a heated argument, he's as stubborn as a mule. When he wants something done, I must be his way. He is definitely a difficult character.-
-This next description of Connor is actually a brain disorder that I also have. It's called bipolar disorder, and it's when you have multiple mood swings at different times. Yes, I know other people have different ways of defining it, but that's what it boils down to. Connor will be happy one minute, and sad the next, and then angry, and so on. It's an endless vicious cycle for him though, and you never know when it will happen, so best be on your guard.
