This lil girl is up for adoption, i'm proud to announce. So, it may be hard to read all the things I put about the colour pallets, but i'll quickly clear it all up, in order of colours from left to right.
Eye colour, Base fur colour, Wing and Mane colour, Jewel colour, eye whites, gradient marking colours (Remember to burn and dodge)

A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewels on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mammals such as birds, squirrels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to attract females.

A: No, it doesn't have to be all blue, it can have other colours or objects involved as long as there is something blue.

Q:Extras?

This noble, gallant, beautiful girl has an equally powerful and eye-catching name- Arabella Artemyse Selene. That's (AY-RUH-BEH-LUH ARR-TUH-MISS SUH-LEENE) to you. Shall we take apart her name by segments?
~ Arabella is Dutch for beautiful, and is possibly a variant of Annabella~ Anna "grace" and Bella "beautiful". So her first name roughly means "beautiful grace", or something along those lines.
~ Artemyse is just an elegantly wonky spelling of Artemis, the Greek goddess of the Hunt. Artemis wields a bow and artows, and her symbols are the wolf and the moon. She has a benevolent sort of power, and I can think of no better middle name for this Jewel Mane Dragon.
~ Selene is another Greek goddess~ goddess of the moon. She is shy and timid, surprisingly soft-spoken and gentle and again this very well represents part of Arabella's personality.

Arabella is a very calm, poised dragon. She always appears to be graceful, slim and agile, even stylish. Azura is not one to give up. Any task that she is given, she will do her best on. If any praise she gets does not meet her standards, Azura will redo the entire thing until she's satisfied with the results.
Kind~
At any sign of pain or sadness or anything, Azura will jump in. She's always been good with helping others, even with personal problems. Azura will not leave your side until she knows what's wrong and how she can fix it.
Hot-headed~
Yes, she is offended very easily. Azura is very good a holding grudges to people who have offended her; especially if they're people she know or who she's friends with. Family, not so much. Very rarely she'll take her anger out on the person right then and there. Azura'll usually hold back until she gets to a nice, quiet place, then she'll start grumbling and kicking stones and cans across the street.
Quiet~
This trait only implies for when she's not offended or not around her friends. Usually Azura is a quiet, calm girl who sits in the back of the class and does whatever people say, no questions asked. She's not very social; hence her dislike of talking.
Humorous~
Azura is the jokey, happy-go-lucky dragon of her group of friends. She can always find a way to make anyone laugh. It's impossible not to. When she's with her friends, it's rare to see her wearing a normal smile.
Lovable~
