Well R, I'm finally done with you RU. ^-^
I'm sorry it took me a bit.

My decision fell upon Royal Blue of your suggestions.
I gave her a Jewel which can create Light for several reasons.

One of them is, because her name means "Tomorrow's Light".
And a lot in your form hinted on light themes. i thought that would fit. :3
Sadly, I couldn't save her psychic powers which she uses to communicate with animals...I hope that isn't to bad D:
The points on her hind legs...well they should symbolize fireflies, though I'm not sure if that succeeded. /shot/

☪ Nᴀᴍᴇ ;; Kaal Ka Roshni. It means "Tomorrow's Light"
in Urdu/Hindi and the name in its original tongue are
underneath the translation. Her nickname would be Roshni.
☪ Gᴇɴᴅᴇʀ ;; Female.

Tomorrow's Light

When the darkening sky
Calls for night's arrive
it leaves no light upon the forest in the hills
Lighting and flying they come so still,
The fireflies lighting the way.
The light making haste in search of new day.

Tomorrow's Light is coming near,
Holding the future so she may peer
And see what it holds for you.
For she may help you too.

Closer the dancing lights come to the future,
The dragon's kind self and nature
Show it true.
Her purple glowing jewel.

The fireflies fly and hide,
The morning brings the bright sunshine.
Tomorrow's Light feels so free.

Kaal Ka Roshni.

☪ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ ;; Roshni is a silent beauty in many
ways. She finds herself with a soft melodic tone of voice,
and she's gentle. Never has she found herself making a
nasty comment and bullying: she tolerates it. Her quiet
nature makes the forest a haven for her, and it is where
she goes to calm herself.
☪ Hᴏᴡ Dᴏᴇs Sʜᴇ Usᴇ Hᴇʀ Jᴇᴡᴇʟ? ;; Using her psychic
powers, Roshni finds herself aiding the animals of the
forest. Since they all cannot communicate together,
when an animal is in pain or a time of sorrow she can
aid them in silence. There would be no need to speak
and ruin the intensity of the moment, but Roshni could
be that particular animal's "light" in tomorrow and the future.
☪ Aᴄᴄᴇssᴏʀɪᴇs ;; Due to her affinity
to fireflies, creatures that light up the forest, Roshni
would need a gold bracelet around her left hind foot.
It would be permanently on her.She would also need
three golden dots around her mystic purple eyes to
emphasize her affinity to the lightning bugs. These
dots would glow brightly everytime she became
happy or content. Otherwise they would remain a
light/pale gold.
☪ Aᴄᴛɪᴠɪᴛʏ ;; I, Rated R, promise to
keep Roshni active. I would make art of her and my
other JMD together. I would also search out a mate
for her and possibly breed her if it is ever open.
I also plan to role-play with her regularly, as she would
be my first female JMD.
☪ Aʀᴛ ᴏɴᴇ ;; A link to a drawing done by myself.

It's got a bit of symbolism, of comparing Roshni
to the brightness of the future ahead.
The fireflies represent the events of the future
that Roshni can figure out through her magical jewel.
Their flying represents the events happening, for
example, the sun rising in the morning.
