Yes the tail is made of fire, the reason for that is the blood mark on his arm so when it is washed off no more fire, and also the skull on his chest is his trapped soul, That is what makes this Halloween Special so special. You have a choice between Having the dragon or his soul (It is a buddy thing you adopt him together)
