What is a Jewl Mane Dragon?
A Jewl Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewls on their forehead and tail.They eat mostly small mamals such as birds, squirels, and rabbits. The fur on their back,hind, and front legs feel like silk and is very short. The fur around their neck (Their 'mane') and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewl mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkitive. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewl Mane Dragons have jewls at the end of their tail and on their forehead. The jewl on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting. The jewl on their forehead is used during mating season to atract females.

This JMD was created in honor of 9/11. Most of you should know about that terrible tragic day. This one is special, since it was created for 9/11.

I'd name him Captain America because in time of troubles we really do need a little bit of something 'old-fashioned.' He would be kind-hearted, helpful, willing to stand up for others and willing to take someone else's load on his shoulders. As described by the poem, he used to be a normal dragon until 9/11, when he realized he had to help his country. Before he was Captain America, he had a different name which he refuses to say.

It was September 9th, that fateful day,
When a human creation took lives away,
We could do nothing but stop and stare,
As glass was littered everywhere,
Captain America's country he wanted to assist,
But that one day his chance he missed.
Now he is no longer a simpleton dragon,
His urge is so strong that no one can fathom.
