She doesn't like being mean, so she tries not to do so. Zoey is very sweet and kind, just very compassionate. And when you first meet her; she seems like the total opposite. First meeting Zoey is kind of horrible, she can be a bit meaner than usual, and very snobby. She highly dislikes sharing her feelings with anyone around her; especially to strangers. She doesn't let people get too close to her, because she is afraid of getting hurt by them, as it's happened before with her getting put up for re-adoption. First looking at Zoey; it seems as if she's well put together; you almost never, ever see her feelings etched on her face. She does though, love to talk and meet people, as I said before she is actually very compassionate. She absolutely loves to socialize and mingle with lots of people. Zoey though doesn't like crowds. She's not big on being around a lot of dragons, doing so can cause her to shut down and become very mean and almost sulky-like. And weird enough; although she doesn't like being around crowds, she cannot stand silence. She feels like something bad or sad is going to happen when it's quiet. I'd decided to name her Charayla, pronounced Char-ay-luh
why I chose that name;
the name actually is a name I made up. I don't know if it's a word from a foriegn language, or a real word with a read, true meaning, but I've decided to make my own meaning of the name.
to me, Charalyla means pure innocence, colorful, and creative. It represents true originality and colors that seem to go by un-noticed. It is a pure name, full of innocence and love.
I based the name off of three words; crayon, chalk, and crayola. all of which represents what I stated above. when I think of a crayon, I think of a little, innocent five year old coloring outside the lines. when I think of chalk, I think of a young artist using sidewalk chalk to make a wash-able masterpiece on the sidewalk. when I think or crayolas, I think of a wide variety of eye-catching colors.

what Chalk looks like;
Chalk is a light pink that still manages to be bright. She has a soft lavender eye color that makes her look mysterious, yet trust-worthy at the same time. She has three stripes on her neck/chest are, one is white, one in a light purple/lavender, adn the other in a yellow-gold color. She has three scribble-like stripes in the same colors as stated above, making her look childish and fun, in a good way, of course. Right before the tuft of fur at the tip of her tail is white with two medium-sized purple stripes. The fur at the end is a yellow-gold. Her left front paw is white, while her right front paw is yellow-gold, while her hind paws are purple. Her muzzle is white, and her horns are purple, yellow-gold, and white.

Char's eye color is a soft and mysterious lavender. It usually draws people in, causing them to trust her and be-friend her easily.

Char isn't one to feel insecure about the way she looks, and try to change herself. In fact, she's quite proud of how she looks. But there's that one nagging thing that is at the back of her mind. She hates the color pink. Loathes it, really. If she could change anything, she'd change the color.

She is most confident about her eyes. The soft color draws people in, and they just...trust her. She loves her eye color, that's the one thing she truly loves about herself.

Char is a wall flower. She hates being the center of attention, having all eyes on her, expecting her to do something for someone's entertainment. She's much rather lock herself in her art room and paint then go to a party. She is quiet when you first meet her, but she'll eventually open up and show her wild, fun, and childish side of her. She gets your average grades, having a 3.9 GPA. She loves helping others, and isn't afraid to get her paws dirty if it meant she saved a life. She hates violence, and would much rather have a verbal fight, than a physical fight. She can get pretty sensitive when it comes to insults, however. She is never one to stand up for herself, but she is more than willing to stand up for her friends. She can get quite lazy when it comes to work, and would much rather do nothing than do a single math problem. She has some trust issues when it come to others, due to being re-homed twice, and now needing a new home. It has affected her in somoe ways, but she tries not to show it.
What you wouldn't expect is to hear that Char is little patience. She hates loud noises, unless it's laughter or music. She hates being rush or someone repeating themselves over and over again. This causes her to become quite moody. She gets frustrated at times, especially when she doesn't know the answer to something. She is quite stubborn, and won't mind arguing - as long as almost no one is around to witness. She can get quite snappy and emotional, so it's best not to fight with her while she's frustrated. Despite her good grades, Char has the attention span of a dog. She is often found spacing out or losing concentration. She has a habit of day-dreaming when she's bored, so it's actually quite difficult to get her attention.

Char finds art as one of her eascapes from everyday life. She can express how she feels, and who she is. She learns more about herself from art.

Like art, Char can easily find herself lost in the beat. She can suprisingly play many instruments, such as drums, guitar, bass, and piano. She has a great voice, but only sings when she is alone. Almost nobody knows about this.

In Char's eyes, the world won't spin if teir isn't laughter. Laughter means happiness, and being the people-pleaser she is, Char is always wanting everyone to be happy.

Char loves it when she gets the chance to view the sun setting. It looks liem the sky is the canvas, and the sun is the artist, blending in the colors of faint purples, oranges, and pink.

Char loves amusemnt parks, proof that she will always be a three year old at heart. She loves the rush of adrenaline that you feel whenever you go on a rollercoaster, or the amazing sight of the world below at the peak of a ferris wheel. She lvoes the lauighter and bubbly feeling that comes along with it.

Honestly, Char hates it when someone is just a tad bit serious or grumpy. She hates it when she, herself is grumpy, moody, or even serious.

Char is a very smart JBD, but that doesn't exactly mean she has to love math, or any form of eductation. She hates numbers, and can get very confused and fristrated when she can't figure out a problem.

Char hates to see others crying, unless it's from happiness. She hates how tired she feels after she cries, and how un-happy you ae when you cry.

Being a nice JBD in general, it's hard to believe that Char can be such a grump in the morning. She is definitely not a morning person. She values her sleep, I don't think she's ever woken up earlier than ten in the morning.

Awkward silence seems to follow Char around everywhere. She hates not knowing what to say or do, or if yuo do the worng thing, it can just leave you even more awkward silence.
what type of friend is she?
Char is the type of friend that will make you laugh. She's not the best with advice, emotions, or being sentimental. She is the type to say what's on her mind - when she's with her friends of course. When there is a large crowd or a part, however, Char is the type to usually stay at home and bask in the silence.
what she looks for in a friend;
Char doesn't care what her friend looks like or how old they are. Char is the type to look at how the bean acts towards others. She looks for someone who isn't too loud, but also someone who isn't anti-social. They need to be trust-worthy and kind, rather than someone who will tell everyone about everything, and is often rude or heartless.
how she treats her friends;
Char treats her friends like family. She trusts her friends with her life, and would never teall anyone their secrets. She is often making them laugh - rather it's from her embarassing hrself due to her 'word vomit' or a harmless jole. She treats them with respect, and almost always respects their wishes.

Char is a mix of both. She is usually the soft-spoken one, and is too scared of failing or disappointing everyone to make decisions for herself. At the same time, she isn't one to be 'influenced' to make bad decisions. She often finds herslef mustering as much courage as she could to make desicions for herself, rather than acting out of peer-pressure,
what you think when you first meet her;
You'd think either two things. When you first see her, you'd think she's a bubbly, talkative, and outgoing bean. Yu'd think that she is a talking machine, and barely ever stops talking.
However, when you first hear her speak when she's nervous, embarassed, or intimidated, it's a whole different story. You'd think she was weird, strange, a bit on the 'ditzy side', and a tad annoying, due to her case of word vomit.

When embarassed, nervous or intimidated, Char has a way of stumbling over words. Once she opens her mouth, random words just flow out before she could stop them.
-Collecting purple and yellow crayons
Purple and yellow are her favorite colors, and she tries to find every shade of color there is. She already ahs a large collection that she started when she was seven.
history;
Char has a pretty normal history. She was born on a sunny April's day. Not any April's day, April Fool's Day, one of the most silliest, craziest days of the year. Her parents cherished her, always spoiling her. She had the best life anyone could imagine- she had food, a roof over her head, a bed to sleep in, and toys to play with. Most imporantly, she was happy and loved.
On her sixth birthday, her parents took her to a medoim sized meadow with tall grass and a pond in the middle. The grass was flower coated- flowers pf all kinds and colors. She saw a little flicker of wings - a butterfly. She descided to chase it. It led her to the forest, without her knowing. She was so absorbed in the little butterfly, she didn't even know how far she went into the forest. Meanwhile, her parents are searhing frantically for her. The skies turned darker, a shadow seeming to fit across the forest comfortably.
Char came to realize she was lost for days, when her parents had finally found her. They all hugged with tears streaming down their little furry heads.
Time seemed to fly by after that. She learned to never chase butterflies. She's had no boyfriends, no life-changing tragedies, her past is pretty normal.

Char seems to find herself loving many songs at one time, so she doesn't really have a fovaorite song. She find sherself loving the song Millionares by The Script, as well as Boom by POD.

Her favorite book has to be Dragon Rider, by Cornelia Funke. She finds it a brilliant idea, awesome plot, and of course, amazing characters.

Her favorite artist will definitely have to be either Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, or Taylor Swift.

Like song wise, she simply csn't choose a favorite. She loves Avenged Sevonfold with all their creative and technical/rock sound, The Script; she loves the fact that they are talented and stay the way they were before success, and she loves Linkin Park; with all their technical effects and amazing talent, who could not love them? Char's life long dream is owning a store for art - all types of art. From books and guides to writing, canvas' and delicate paintbrushes, to drums and guitar pucks. Anyone could come here to let their imagination free.

Char would love to be a pop-rock singer and/or song writer, or an artist, but seeing as those will be hard to careers to find, she considers kindergarden teacher, otherwise she'll just see what the future brings her.
wildest dream she ever had;

I was running up a hill, why, I don't know, when all of a sudden a really sparkly zombie thing came chasing after me. Behind it were dozens others in all different colors. I screamed and ran faster, but dang, these zombies were fast. A yellow zombie came up to me. But all of a sudden, they turned into puppies.
I picked a puppy up and examined it. I finally placed it down. It barked and all the puppies surrounded me. Confused, I tilted my head and did the one thing that came to mind- dance like a lunatic. I swing my paws around and bounced around, bobbing my head and swaying ym tail. Stopping in their tracks, the puppies stopped and looked at me weirdly before doing the same thing. After what seemed like hours of dancing, a table with 8 chairs popped up. Bunnies with monocoles sat on each, each sipping tea. When one rabbit saw us, he paused mid-way with a teacup in his hands and a claw, that looked oddly like a pinky finger that humans have, up. It looked at us weirdly before hopping down and to me. I looked at it curiously beofre it hopped on my head. "Ow" I muttered. This rabbit was ab-normally large and heavy. Mid-way through the dance party, I woke up all sweaty and panting.

her goals in life;
Char sets high goals and challenges for herself. Her main goal is to make a home-made album, with the help of humans, of course.
Her all-around normal goals is to find a mate and have two little beans.


why I want her;
I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant to apply for her. I've been recently losing alot of JBD competitions, so I guess determination is what made me do it. I am a tad jealous of all the people who own a JBD - of the bond they share.
I didn't fall in love witht her design. I'm not a huge fan of the colors. But once I started writing this form, I slowly fell in love with her. I guess that's the best part of her - her personality. As I develop her character, I fall more in love with her. All I want to do is simply develop and grow her character more, discover more about her along the way. I want to get to know her, and love her like she should be loved. I guess that this is the feeling you get when you meet your dream JBD. If I won her, and never won another JBD, I'd be simply fine with it, because right now, I know that she'd be all I need. If I won her, I'm sure Id eventually go back and find another JBD to keep her company after a while, but that's if I'm completely sure that's what I would want.
I can't explain this nervous, bubble feeling I get whenever I see her. I can't explain the adrenaline that pumps through me when ever I even think about winning her. And I definitely can't explain the intimidating feeling I get when I see all the other marvellous forms for her. <3
my plans;
If I win Char, I'd do so many things.
I'd develop her character more, and get to know her better. I'd give her a better- more meaningful - personality than the one in my form. I'd get to know her, inside and out, every single fact about her. I'd give her a character page, on both the Chicken Smoothie community and the Jellybean Dragon Fan Club website.
I'd shower her with art. Whether it be art - hand-drawn or order, digital or traditional - or stroies. I'd make sure she's spoiled, even create her own gallery.
I'd gove her my un-divided attention and love. I'll make sure she's cared for and treated well, and I'd definitely make sure she is happy and loved the way she should be.
I'd RP her, so others get a chance to meet her and get to know her.

I have been on here for over a year now, and I go on almost every day, for at least 3 hours.

Honestly, not very much. As for right now, I am trying to dedicate my time in Char. I am trying to perfect my form. I will definitely try to be more active, but honestly, it's quite awkward when you don't have a JBD.
what I love most about her;
I love her simplicity, and her personality. I've fallen in love with her character, and her design. I love how simple, yet beautiful she is. I love her eyes, and how beautiful they are. Her design is simple, and child-like, but I love it. I love how childish she is, and how shy she is. I've always wanted a charater like her, and now I am way too attatched to her. So basically, what I'm trying to say is, I love everything about her.


The Chip-Stealing Dragon
"Awww come on, I want to go outside!" shouted Charayla from downstairs. "Alright, alright, hold your horses!" I shouted back, running with my two shoes in hand. She gave me a questioning look before she noticed my feet only covered in socks. I gave her a pointed look as she grinned sheepishly.
I stole a quick glance at Charayla once I was done putting on my shoes to see she the space she took up was empty. "Charayla" I shouted, only to see her coming out of the kitchen with a bag of chips and chewing lazily one chip before swallowing. "What?" she asked. "Are you eating my chips?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. She gave me a sheepish smile beofre running out the door. "Charayla!" I screamed, a bit too loudly as the neighbors looked at me as I ran outside. "What? There a unicorn or my face or something?" I questioned. They all looked aways, before giving me not-so-secret weird looks. I looked at them weirdly before remembering the chip-stealing dragon named Charayla.
I had finally found her in a trashcan when she was peeking out under a slightly-lifted lid. "AHA!" I yelled, a bit too loudly, once again. She tossed me the bag, unexpectedly, before jumping out and got in the car. I let a smug smile fall upon my lips as I trotted to the car and plopped myself down, as we waited for my mom to come and take us to the fair.
"What's got you so smug?" Char asked as she looked at me. "I got my chips back" I said in a sing-song voice, looking at Charayla. Char looked at me funny, looking like she was stifling a laugh, as she pointed to the bag. I looked at her questioningly before looking in the bag to see it...
empty. Instead, a horrid smell came out and attacked my nose. I looked more and saw pieces of garbage. "CHARAYLA! THAT STUPID GARBAGE ATTACKED MY NOSE!" I screeched as Charayla laughed. I headed back to the trash can to throw the horrid trash away, not noticing the black and white animal until it jumped in the air as if it just got terrified and lifted it's tail, spraying me. I jumped back and quickly threw away the trash, all the while going to the kitchen for tomato juice. "Stupid skunk" I muttered to myself over and over again as Char followed me, obviously laughing. I glared at her playfully and sighed. What would I do without you, Char. I thought mentally.

Why choose Slurpee?
At first, I couldn't decide a name for her. I wanted something completely new, but Slurpee kept on coming back to me. Her popping bright colors remind me of that of a girl, full of joy, running into a crowded store on a hot summer day to purchase her favorite flavor slurpee before they ran out. So, I guess Slurpee just stuck.
Is there a reason
why I want to adopt her?
Well, I was never one for bright colors; in fact, I wanted all of my Jellybean Dragons to be naturally colored. But something about her, I don't know exactly what it is.. Maybe the sympathy of the fact that this is her third adoption, maybe her beautiful eyes, horns, and tail.. But something about her pink pelt and cool purple eyes drew me in, making me try out for her. Whoever wins her will be one lucky person. c:
Personality

Bubbly
Slurp is a very bubbly person, she is overly happy, perky, and cheerful to the point that it sometimes even annoys people. She's one of those people who will get up at the crack of dawn, spazz out all day, then finally go to bed around one in the morning, chattering and laughing; treating each day like a slumber party. The day is not a good one unless she has as much fun as physically possible!
Curious
She's really curious, and tends to peek her snout into anything. She finds trinkets (what she refers to as "Treasures") such as coins, screws, and little things she just finds interesting that nobody else seems to mind if they were gone. She would be curious about even the least interesting things, like if a rock could move or not. In fact, Slush spent an hour watching one to see if it would move!
Hyper
This kind of goes along with the bubbly category. She is extremely hyper whether she has had coffee or sweets, or if she has not. She jumps around happily almost all of the time, walking something like Pinkie Pie. {(c) Hasbro}

Slurp thinks walking is way too mainstream, so she hops to get around. Her limitless energy helps promote this, considering how hyper she is, she has the energy easily. She often talks to quickly for most to understand as well, but if you calmly ask her to calm down, she is easy to communicate with. Slush hates staying still for long amounts of time, and frankly cannot stand it one bit.
Childlike
Slush is considered immature and childlike by some, and she is aware of this. She likes this side of her, though, and helps it along any way she can. Like a child, she has limitless energy and curiosity. She is afraid of losing the sense of curiosity that most beans her age have just frankly lost; so she clasps onto her childlike nature in any way possible. She breaks out into song even when the most lame song on the radio switches on, dislikes sharing anything of hers (especially crayons and slurpees!), and even still has tea parties with her stuffed animals.
Sensitive
As bubbly and hyper as this gal is, she is extremely sensitive on the inside and greatly dislikes being made fun of in any way. If she is told she is too hyper and extremely immature, for example, she would be calm on the outside while her heart cracks in two on the inside. She hides this side of her well; because Slurp knows that if she shows her sensitive side, it is more likely for her to be pushed around and made fun of even more.
Quirks, phobias and handicaps
Quirks
Slush absolutely hates walking, and would much rather prefer hopping to get around. One could not force her to walk normally, even with a bribe!
She dislikes staying in one place for more than ten minutes, and if she is kept in one place too long (Ex: Sitting down) Slurp's starts going nuts!
Phobias
Entomophobia: a fear of bugs. She has always been super creeped out by 'em!
Brontophobia: the fear of thunder and lightning. Slurp cowers at the very rumble of monstrous thunder.
Handicaps
This isn't exactly what one might call a handicap, but Slush's feet ache alot because of her constant hopping and boinging around.
This is not one either; but she considers it a handicap. Her voice never really got very deep, and as a result, she sounds as if she were much younger.

Hobbies

Hmm, lets see.. Oh yeah! The most party-riffic things in the entire world-- *inhales deeply and yells cheerfully* CAKE! Cake cake cake, I love making CAKE! Cake is the funnest thing ever to make!! *laughs* Hey! That rhymed!

As you can probably see, Slurpee is a huge cake lover. She'll eat and make any type of cake, though her favorite is strawberry cake. She loves the sweet taste of fruit in something that's not so healthy, and tries to sneak it any time she can. Slurp gets really cranky if she doesn't have any cake in the house, so we've learned to always keep it stashed somewhere- even though she has her own stash of cooking supplies anyway. She'll make the "Most yummiest cake in the whole entire world" with just flour, eggs, butter, and some strawberries. She's won quite a few baking contests in her life, the most recent being at a fair she went to a few weeks ago.

Oh yeah, oh yeah! Don't forget crayoning! I love drawing with crayons! They just make me feel so darn happy all the time, to crack open a new set of perfect, unbroken crayons! The rainbow colors, undiscovered masterpieces.. *squeals*

Slurp has always had a fascination with what she calls "crayoning". She scribbles up the most creative things, and almost never uses black, grey, or white. She slaves over the detail of her crayonings, and is never afraid to share them with literally everybody she sees.

Hey, the color of my pelt is only light because I didn't wanna ruin the lines I drew, and that light pink fit the best. And hey, more pink means more happiness! *giggles*

Story
"Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.." Moaned a childlike voice, collapsed on a chair and staring at the ground. No answer. "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM, DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD" She yelled, louder this time. Still no response. "Dad, we have no caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake! I'm DYING over here!" Still no response. She began to wonder if Mom and dad were even home. Growling, she heaved herself up from the chair and yawned. Mom and Dad probably went to the store-- or something stupid like that. Now she was home alone with no cake, and to make it worse, she was starved. She had never made a cake before in her life, and she had no idea how. She leapt up to the computer, and searched for a tutorial. She went for the first thing she saw, strawberry shortcake. She stared at the directions. 1 1/2 pounds strawberries, stemmed and quartered, she thought, Okay, I can do that. She piked up the strawberries, surprisingly already stemmed, and quartered. She hoped Mom and Dad weren't planning on using them. Gingerly, Slurp put them in her pouch, along with the rest of the ingredients. She baked all day and night (Well, actually, only an hour or two), slaving over the tedious details of the cake. Slurp ever so carefully placed the strawberries over the top, taking about a minute to focus on the placement of each and every strawberry, until the shortcake looked simply perfect. Wouldn't her parents be proud! She tried waiting for her parents, feeling the minutes tick by like hours. After ten minutes of staring at that picture perfect cake, she gobbled it down in just two bites. She licked her lips, grinning widely. That.. Was the best cake.. EVER.. she thought, as happiness and pure bliss filled her mind.
Art

Where will she be used?
Slurpee would be used in a variety of places, I am now much more active on the fan site, so you would be seeing alot of her there; I can guarantee it. She wouldn't be some adoptable I'd shove onto a thread and forget, no, I would use her in alot of my art (As I do Manabu) and would never forget her existence. She would be treated wonderfully by me, and in roleplays with close friends. In short, she would never be forgotten about (being used in art, the fan site, and in roleplays with friends), and be cherished as if royalty.
How will she be used?
Not exactly the same thing as above, which asked where. How-- (ex, in art, siggy, threads, etc) is a bit different. Slush would be used in art, tons of art featuring her friends (Like Manabu). She would have her own spot in my JBD thread on CS, and her own spot on the fan site. Here, she would be given a more in depth personality, as I would be able to use her constantly and always. Her personality would develop farther, most likely, but probably would not change. She would be used in roleplays (Probably on the fan site rather than CS. Sometimes with my friends through join.mes and texts as well.) She would have a place in my signature as well, if I somehow managed to earn the privilege of winning.
Some reassurance
To summarize the two sections above, and the part at the beginning about why I want her, I have devised a simple paragraph to explain my plans and uses of this beautiful bean, if somehow the stars line up, or some kind of miracle happens, and somehow.. (Goodness knows how, haha) I win her.
If I somehow win this beautiful bean, many things will happen, consisting of the following:
