name:
Evelyn, but her friends call her Evie or Eve for short
gender:
Female
Personality:
Evelyn is a big daydreamer. She always thinks big about everything she does. She is stubborn, but is known to often take leaps of faith. She tries to do what she thinks is, even though she may not know outcome. These risks get her into trouble a lot, but she is always positive in attitude. She has a naive and childish behavior, often being very cheerful and enthusiastic.
She is very gullible, believing almost everything she is told. She is also very competitive with most things she does. She hates losing, especially if it's because of her own clumsy nature. Though she may act a bit aggressive, due to her failure, she is still kind to her competitors.
a mistake they made:
Messed up her art work
The big art disaster
Evelyn focused on her task. Right now she was working on her art project. She had been carefully painting for nearly two months now.She tilted her head and looked at her painting closely. So far it looked perfect. She dipped her paw gently into a blue paint container and put it lightly onto her poster.
Her fur was now covered in paint. She didn't care though. It didn't matter because in the end it would all be worth it.She looked at her arrangement of colors. What to use? She looked at a bright red.No. Something else. She spotted a beautiful purple. That might work. It'll fit in perfectly with my picture. She wiped her blue paw off on her fur and dipped it into the purple. She again painted carefully with the color she picked. She looked at it for a bit.
It needed something else. Something to complete it.She looked at her colors. White might work. Just a bit anyway. She once again followed her procedure. Carefully and quickly she dabbed some white. Finally she was almost done. She just needed some green. She reached for the green and picked it up. She had to make sure it was the perfect shade. She moved towards the light shining in from her window. Suddenly she tripped.
She sat up and turned around. She felt shock at what she saw. My painting! Its ruined! The painting she had been working on for nearly two months was now ruined. She sat there still in shock. She wiped tears away from her eyes. Then she heard her pet bird chirping. She turned and looked at Aaron. She felt herself calm down.Aaron was her muse. The one who always listened to her. he seemed to understand her when others couldn't. She would make this painting no matter how long it took. She got up and grabbed a new empty canvas. Here we go.[/center]
their favorite place: beneath the willow tree next to the pond in her backyard
When Evelyn was young she and her parents hung around a willow tree. This was where her father had confessed his love for her mother. They would always sit outside and relax for hours almost everyday. When Evelyn had grown up her parents let her have the property,as a way to remember her special moments there. Now she cherished her home, and her special willow tree, very much. The Wonderland in her BackyardEvelyn looked outside.Today was so beautiful. The sun was bright, and the air was warm. She tilted her head, deep in thought.Maybe she could go outside, relax a bit. She had been working forever on her art project. She had recently messed it up,but it was starting to come together once again. She made up her mind. She would go to her backyard. She opened her door and stepped outside.
There was a light and gentle breeze. She shook out her fur enjoying the warm air, then headed toward her destination. She saw her the large willow tree she liked so much. She approached the tree and settled in a spot underneath it. She looked at the nearby pond. The sun was sparkling on its surface, making it beautiful. She saw a black and white dragonfly buzzing around lazily and smiled. This sight always made her happy. This was why this was her favorite spot. It was so calm and serene, as if nothing bad could ever happen.
She noticed movement and looked over. She saw a bunny with her children, nibbling among the grass. The thought warmed her heart. She had often thought about children.Though she didn't have a mate. The time would come when she would find her special someone. She just needed patience. She smiled at the thought and watched as the bunnies hopped away.Good luck! I hope they grow up into fine little bunnies!
She stretched and looked around. When she was younger she would hang out with her parents here. She would be catching frogs as they watched nearby. Everytime she managed to catch one they were so proud. Those were memories now.Happy memories. She had grown up, and a bit to quickly for her liking. Her parents had let her have the house and moved elsewhere. Though as long as she had this willow tree she was happy. She layed down and looked at the willow tree where all their names were carved in the bark. She closed her eyes and thought of her past. A smile appeared on her face before she fell into a slumber, dreaming of her sweet past.
their biggest flaw:
Evelyn's biggest flaw is her determination. If she wants to do something she'll go through with it. She is determined to always do what she thinks is right. At times this may help her,but at most times that's not the case. Usually her stubborn determination gets her into trouble. Evelyn knows that's how its bound to end up,but hey what can she say? Shes determined to keep this flaw. She's also determined that this isn't a flaw. She gets into trouble time and time again and she usually shakes it off and gives a comment of how shes just learning from these mistakes. True she may learn, but still this is a troublesome flaw that will always give her a crazy journey. This is her flaw. Her biggest flaw...and shes determined to keep it that way.
The Flaw. Her undying determination
It was a cold day. Her eyes worked to see past all the falling snowflakes. She crouched down and counted in her head.It was almost time. She began to count down.5,4,3,2,1.And she was off!She ran forward, pulling her mini sled with her. It wasn't long before her paws slipped out from beneath her. She fell onto the freezing ice with a quick startled noise. Evelyn stood up and shook out her fur. She was practicing right now. What for you may ask? That was simple. She wanted to be a sled dog. Yes true she was based of a shiba inu, and not a husky, but she still wanted to race.Any good sled dog could race on ice. And that was what she was practicing at right now.She once again felt the determination that encouraged her to go on. Her paws itched to be back to her racing. She sneezed in the crisp cold air and tried to think of what she had done wrong.
Evelyn couldn't think of why she had slipped. Well the ice was slippery...but it still wasn't impossible racing terrain. She shook her head, deep in thought. She wasn't even a real dog, even though she liked to pretend she was. She was a kalon, and other kalon thought it was weird for her to be doing this. She was like a dog though so they had no right to judge. She wanted to race and that was what she would do! She wasn't based of a racing dog,so this was all her. Shiba Inu were small japenes dogs that didn't race, but that didn't mean she couldn't race. She got up and looked around. All the other Kalon were looking at her as if she was crazy.Im not crazy. Im just following my dream. And I will succeed no matter what I have to do!
Evelyn got back into her crouch, her mini sled right behind her. She took a deep breath in and then breathed out making a tiny fog in front of her muzzle. This time she would do it. She just needed to remain calm and think things over. Out of the corner of her eyes she saw kalons giggling, and pointing towards her in hushed voices. They were mocking her for following her dreams! How rude of them! She felt angry at them for this, but it would blow over soon. She could never hold grudges for very long, and her anger disappeared quickly. Her mind went back to her task. She had to make it this time. She needed to show them that she could do this! They'll be surprised after i'm done here.
Her gaze was on the end of the frozen pond. Her paws ached to run,but she knew she had to be careful. She had to make this perfect. Finally she knew it was about time.5,4,3,2,1.Go! She ran forward and almost slipped, but she was determined to stay on her feet. She began to move forward, dragging her sled with her. She was racing! Across the ice!Ha! Take that! She continued to move, keeping her movements smooth and agile. She was at the end now! She felt excitement fill her from ears to paws. Suddenly she made a wrong move and slipped into the snow. She sat up and looked at the other kalons as they laughed at her. She didn't care. She had touched the snow! That meant she had made it! She had done what others told her she couldn't do. Before long she would be a real race dog.I did it! And i'll just keep getting better!
