Aldebaran is arabic and means "the follower";
it is the 14th brightest star in Earth's sky.
Merope is the youngest of the Pleiades.
Both are stars from the constellation of Taurus.
Oriole is her family name, that she shares with her parents and siblings.

"Dad hunts me"
Alde kids. The Taurus (the bull) is hunted by Orion (the hunter). Despite that, Alde has a great relationship with her father. Of course this explains not everything. When she was a little tiny baby bean, she would chew his tail charms, and as she got older she would try to guess his horns true color. Rope sees her father as example and idol.
"But hunters are cool"

"Mothers are mothers"
Aldebaran thinks Elle can be quite overcaring sometimes. But she guesses it's because she's still a 11 years old kiddo. And the youngest. And she loves her mother as well. One can't complain of caring... Most times.

Despite Nash being a closed girl outside the Oriole galaxy, Alde knows she's actually a great bean, and cannot help but loving her sister.

It seems that Alde is getting a bit tired of talking of her family. The necklace Rope wears was a gift of her sister in her 8th birthday, and she adores Guinevere for that. And for being her sister, "a part of the Oriole galaxy", as Alde herself says.

Yes, Aldebaran likes Narcissa's name. She also like's her sister's markings, and behaves very friendly with her, although feeling no connection with her. Afterall, she thinks, "in a family you can't make enemies, they live daily with you and can make your life hard!"

Favorite place;;
"Near home there is a hill. It is not high, but quite wide. It is night and you reach the top. You see a tree. I know a lot about stars, constelations and galaxies, but nothing about trees, but I know it is very tall and the trunk is very thick. It is on bloom, and once in a while a small flower falls. It has the shape of a fake star, a five-pointed one, and is silver in color. But the tree is not important, for when you look at the sky it has so many stars it gets hard to see the dark around them. Taurus is just above you, with Aldebaran shining bright. You lay on the soft grass and try to count all of those pretty hot balls of gases. You know it is stupid, for they are almost infinite, and you'll soon lose count, but you care not. After a while, you start yawning and soon fall asleep. When you wake up, it is morning and you are in your bed, and you don't know if you went to the hill or if you were just dreaming. This is my favorite place in the whole world. When I die, I want to be layed on my back on the top of that hill, with my eyes wide open, so I can see the stars and follow them to the unkown."
