I usually don't make viscets with mutations, so this is kinda weird for me. I kinda like it though.
Also contrasting colors are nice too. Mane details is white with 100% overlay.

Rowani was the general of her king's army. Cailin being that king.
Rowani has been a loyal commander, and wouldn't betray her kingdom
unless it somehow became better for the people to betray the higher-ups.
She doesn't have a problem with doing what's right, and has the
voice to command those that seem to be "hard of hearing". She maintains
a tight rope around her second in commands and her officers, making
sure they're loyal and don't conspire to betray her and her king.
Being the commander of the Grey Wardens is never an easy task, and
many of the new recruits have to be expelled as the tales of old
seem to inspire them to use their title against civilians and merchants.
Abusers of their title are given a second chance after they serve their
sentence of being removed of all titles. Rowani is a fair ruler
and commander, carrying a platonic relationship with Cailin,
and a romantic love for her second in command, Alistair, she's
learned to balance the needs of her people and the wants of her friends.
She's learned to think of the civilian population as a majority, and
when push comes to shove she may need to betray her friend's opinions
and trusts. Cailin is known to be foolish and hold too high
of standards, and Alistair refuses to cross lines, making Rowani very
adept at planning her moves strategically as she doesn't want
to discard her friends until she has to.

Cailin is a royal viscet of mine, he's my one other viscet
and I had plans on giving him a friend, Rowani is an OC idea
of mine I've had for ages, and this design seems rather fitting.

When He Was Little Instead Of Playing Or Doing Normal
Viscet Things, He Always Goes To The Ocean Reef Or Where
He Can Spot One And Watch It For Hours Studying Them.
It All Happened When He Was A Little, Little Viscet.
He Was At The Beach With His Friends When He
Spotted Something Orange/Yellowish With Blue/Black
/Grey Spots, He Walked Up To It And He Was Very
Fasinated By The Creature He Loved How It Looked
Just Like Hiss Coat Colors, It Was Amazing. After That Day
He Want To Know What It Was, He Started To Search And Study
And He Found It A Blue-Ringed Octopus. Ever Since That Day
He Spends His Time Studying,Learning, And Disecting Anything
That Has To With A B-R-O, Other Viscets Thought He Was Crazy
Touching The Octopus Knowing It Was Venemous But He Did Not
Care, After All These Years Getting Bitten, He Has Been
Prone To Not Getting Sick Or Injured From Them, He Is The Only
Kind Of Viscet Who Can Handle Them Without A Special
Type Of Gear, He Started A Group Called The B-R-O, Bro They
Call It, He Enjoys Talking And Studying Them With His Group
They Are Like His Family. He Scuba Dives Alot And Often
Helps Other Groups Capture Stuff That They Can't Get To But
Only He Can. Venemouse Is The Most Amazing Type Of
Ocean ReVisceter Out There And He Loves It And Knows It.«
