Story -

Sunlight poured over the mountain tops, illuminating everything below. The birds sang, their voices echoing on the wind. It was a beautiful day. In a small cabin at the base of a green hill, sat a viscet. She was reading a science magazine that most would find boring while enjoying a lovely bowl of surgery breakfast cereal. After her meal was finished, the viscet packed up her things and walked outside, eager to begin her day. It started with stretches, you have to keep your body in good shape after all. Then it went on to running. After she'd completed several laps around the lake nearby, she sat down beneath a tree and began to unpack her bag. Today was a perfect day for research. As it turns out, the viscet was a biologist, studying the plants in the area. She'd originally come here in hopes of finding a type of rare moss that only grew in a select few reasons. It thrived best on sunlight so she was hopeful that today's hunt might be successful. Before venturing into the woods however, she applied a generous coating of bug-spray, since they were pretty bad in this area. Once that was done and her supplies thoroughly checked, she headed into the woods. As she walked, the viscet whistled a cheery tune, her pace matching her upbeat attitude. 'Hopefully it'll be in here. I wonder if it really glows like the books say. Oh this is so exciting!' she thought happily, scanning the forest carefully. She stopped a few times to catalog a rare plant or two before continuing on her way. After all, if she let herself get distracted, she'd end up so immersed in her work that she'd forget the moss completely. Eventually, she reached the area where the moss was supposed to grow. Only, it seems nothing was here. Taking out her tools, she began to carefully search the area, trying to figure out where the moss had gone. Then, she noticed something unusual, the soil in a few places was loose. Maybe there had been some odd weather here recently. She began to shift the dirt carefully, wondering if the moss had been buried by whatever caused the dirt to shift. As it turns out, that's exactly what had happened and in no time at all, she'd dug up some moss and begun to head excitedly back home.
