Username:rainbowpanda101Why do you want to become an Artist?I've sort of had an eye on Viscets for a little while now after receiving requests to draw them in my art shops.
They are so much fun to draw and really challenge my skills as an artist with their interesting anatomy and features!
I'm also a huge fan of genetics and breeding in general, and I've always had fun breeding my own species in the past.
So I figure I would enjoy breeding Viscets together to create unique babies who look like both parents in a way.
Also, I think it would be a good way to get me to stop lurking in the shadows on CS and start making friends.Nursery, Hatchery or Both:Preferably Nursery, but I'd be willing to help out in the Hatchery occasionally. How active are you/can you be in the community?I'm going to be applying to a new job soon. If I get hired, my schedule will be erratic so my activity would vary day to day.
I'm a firm believer that real life comes first though, so taking care of my real life duties will always be a higher priority.
That being said, I'd always do my best to be as active as possible in the community whenever I have the chance to be online.
I usually don't have much going on in real life anyway, so it will probably be rare that something keeps me from being active. How active are you on CS?To be honest, Chickensmoothie is the website I spend the most time on whenever I'm online.
Sometimes I accidentally start typing Chickensmoothie in the url box when I meant to go to another website!
I'm usually quick to answer my private messages, and I always check my bookmarked threads for recent activity.
If I am hired, I would bookmark all necessary Viscet threads in order to keep an eye on community activity.Have you had any experience before in these areas?I have owned a variety of adoptable shops on Chickensmoothie over the years, Oekaki and otherwise.
The most recent is Lucky Kits. Some Oekaki adopts I had were Realm of the Rah'liani and Puckish Pomletts.
I haven't been using the Oekaki much lately so I only have THIS as my most recent Oekaki example.
The most recent designs I've made off Oekaki can be seen HERE, HERE, and HERE.Anything else:Thank you so much for this opportunity to apply as a nursery artist!
And good luck to anyone else who is trying out for the available positions!
