Prompt: Allspice actually INVENTED the cinnamon roll during the early Jovial Revolution during rhe War of Light. It was originally just a birthday gift for cinnas sister -- gifting culture in Jovial is strong, valuing pawmade things and useful or edible things over usless trinkets like feathers or gemstones -- but because cinnas sister loved the doughy treat so much, Allspice decided to start refining the recipe for regular use. The treat quickly became popular due to it's relatively easy recipe: lay out some leftover dough and a dust it with a pinch of spices, roll them up, and put them in a communal oven. The dish was originally more focused on the spices than the sweetness, given the wide availability of native spices compared to the limited sugar that needed to be imported from Cherries and Roses; at the time, Cherries and Roses was largely made of Paladins and Upper Jovial (pre-split) was largely made up of Council Supporters, limiting trade and forcing Upper Jovial to ration what they already had stocked up.
Allspice started being recognized for creating the food, so she decided to start her own bakery during the war. Once the fighters were rotated out and returned home, many heard of this comfortingly warm food and decided to learn how to make it to bring a bit of joy to the warfront when they were rotated back in. Word of Allspice and her "cinnamon rolls" spread among both the Council Supporters and the Paladins (the warring factions) -- "There's this delightful little treat, just as warm and friendly as the cat who made it... want to make some together? Want to try these cinnamon roll things?"
Once the war ended and a Jovial-wide trade was established, allowing sugar to become a common ingredient again, Allspice improved her recipe with a sweet icing spread atop the rolls after baking. It was at this point that Allspice split her trading boons with the Reformers, cats who sought to help displaced fighters and civilians on both sides. Yet again, word spread, with political figures and former fighters saying the cinnamon rolls made the war more bearable for both sides and praising the sweeter version as a symbol of recovery after the war. Thus, Allspice cemented cinnas place in history as the inventor of cinnamon rolls, earning her the title of Miss Cinnamon Roll.
