What is this Ahemait's favorite food?: their favorite food are ice crystals. Once a year, they trek out far into the arctic biomes of their ancient homeland- where caves reside with glowing, Arctic crystals and geodes that make a special energy he can absorb. What this energy does is basically act as a lifeline and also powers his abilities. Then he goes back home! easy peasy c:

What is this Ahemait's favorite food?:
His favorite food is less about the food itself, and more about the value behind it. He is a firm believer that nothing in life is permanent, and therefore should not be clung to. He can't help but feel bad for all the countless people living in fear that one day they'll lose the things they hold dear, and that just wont do! Kind soul that he is, he offers to educate others on his truth by consuming food that has value to them. Whether it's sentimental or monetary, the more people cling onto that expensive fine dining they've been holding onto for a special occasion, the more he wants them to give it up.

Though he wont deny he has a refined palate that often nicely compliments the food he takes off their hands, he, as a good samaritan, only takes it for the benefit of others. He gives them the choice to hand over their precious foodstuff willingly for him to consume, or if they refuse, have it taken by force in hopes they will learn their lesson either way. Those who are cooperative he rewards by consuming the nasty energies that live in their home, but those who are not are punished by him refusing to clean up the unsightly spirits. And since he defends the human settlement he inhabits with an iron fist, other Ahemaits can't really get in to interfere with his lessons.

He never gets it when others call him awful, or even cruel, for doing this. He's helping, after all! The more they cling onto their earthly possessions, the more they'll lose, and he only wants to save people from such turmoil. And the delectable, hard to find food he often finds himself with? Just a nice little bonus for being so kind!
