the number you choose simply has to be greater than the last offer, and what you're 'bidding' with can be anything CS appropriate. It's just supposed to be silly!

if your 'offer' does not have a number larger than the previous 'bid', your entry will not count!
i will roll a raffle winner by post # as normal
