Originally, Arceus was a stray, a cat who was previously owned by a young twoleg kit that named him. She was his life, the one he kept going for. As he grew with her, he learned how to understand Twoleg speak, and though while he couldn't talk to her, he enjoyed hearing her love on him. She was the love of his life.

Then a tornado came through the area.

In the rush of evacuating, he was left behind. He didn't know what to do but hunker down and wait out the storm as it ripped through the house. In the end, the place was ravaged, and as he walked through his old home, now barren of a roof or walls, he heard a cry.

A young pup, no older than the age of a 3 or four moon old kit. She cried at the side of her mother, debris covering her still body. They both found themselves grieving over those they lost. And it hit in the soft part of his heart. So, after gaining the trust of the young dog, they both traveled around together. It took a while for both of them to get used to the taste of prey, but in the end it was worth it. They both lived, and found a new family with the Wanderers.

The pup's name? She appeared after a storm, the stillness and peace unnerving, but in the end she saved Arceus. Her name is Tranquility, after the feeling they both had felt when they found the storm was over. Even in grief.
