What are Arevia?

Arevia are large feline/canine like alien creatures with a long furred tail in place of their hind legs, they have two pairs of eyes and ears and while rare for now, some known as Arevia I have floating and glowing functional eyes and ears. These guys communicate in chirps and squeaks, but understand human speech quite well and have the intelligence level of a human child!
