Part 2: Crab does not like land, but can moderately traverse it. Their hooves and tail act as a weight so they don't slip or fall when they're drying off. They like to, however, gallop in the sand and roll around in the mud. After they have had their share of fun, they wash off in the cool, salty waters of the ocean.

Prompt!: When in the seas, they use their powerful muscles to propel themselves forward. Their body is streamlined, making it easy to cut through powerful currents. Although, it is also great at ridding said currents, using its fins to feel the movements of the water. A natural underwater navigator!

Alas, on land they are not so lucky. While they have powerful hooves that allow them to traverse rough terrain, their body has a harder time winding through uneven grounds. So they try to stick with smoother land if they must, or beaches. Still, underwater is always where they will prefer to be!

Stride would consider themself as an average swimmer. sure they have fins, but they only help a little, seeing as stride doesnt have any larger fins further along their tail or legs to help around the water. Stride finds water a peaceful place to hide away if they need time to themselves, and does enjoy swimming to an extent.

On Land:
Land is where Stride can really go fast! they love the time they spend running about while on land, finding everything so interesting, and cant help but give in to the urge to explore. Stride may be a more aquatic bound arevia, but the warmth of the sun on their back, and the rush of wind in their ears is what truly makes them feel a sense of happiness that the water just cant seem to capture for them.
