swiftgaze is best friends with darkfire. even though darkfire really enjoys being alone, she can't resist swiftgaze's presence. they warm each other to the core. they can't stop laughing when they're together (sometimes this can be a bad thing).

they bring out the best in each other. they tell each other everything. sometimes they fight, but doesn't everybody? these fights are quickly resolved and put to rest because they realize it doesn't matter more than their friendship. they will always choose their friendship over a petty argument.

some say they can see true love between these two cats. but, maybe darkfire and swiftgaze don't see it yet. or maybe, they're both intentionally hiding their feelings because they're scared of losing what they have.

Huckleberry is kind of his closest friend and his closest enemy. They were found by the Clan together, although they didn't actually know each other yet at that point. But it had made a great start for friendship - and endless annoyance from Huckleberry. He got on Lichenwish's nerves like no other, but still, they spent each day hunting together. This left more room for annoyance, but it was hard for him to care how annoying he was when he was also so... charming.

Huckleberry thought it was funny to mess him up when he was stalking prey. Once in a while, he'd even swoop in and catch it in front of him. Every time, he had to fight the urge to claw his stupid ears off, and wipe that smirk off his face. If it was anyone else, he probably wouldn't be resisting. That cat had a way of looking at him, though, with that stupid smug face of his, and with a flick of his tail Lichenwish wouldn't be able to unsheathe his claws. Not that he was some sort of wizard or anything, he just couldn't bring himself to claw at his best friend.

Maybe that's why he was his closest enemy - because he was also his closest friend. Loving him so dearly only made him a hundred times more irritating.

Heatherfeather was found hurt just outside the clan's borders. A few cats took her to their home and nursed her back to health. Since then, she has joined their family and even become obsessed with Eaglestone. A strong chocolate rosette tabby tom who just won't leave her alone. Always making bad jokes to annoy her, saying that she had caught all the prey on the hunting patrol, even though everyone knows that's not true. Though she does get annoyed, he will always humble her in a good scrimmage fight, pinning her easily in very few moves.
