Prompt: Narin's favourite treat is definitely one of the season. Peaches cut into half, shaped into love hearts then cooked in a syrup until they are softer, yet still holding their shape and that brilliant tang that cuts through the sugary sweetness. The heart shaped peaches are placed onto a thin yet crispy pastry, made from only the finest flour that the nearby graingrowers have produced that season. Add to it a side of fresh cream and you end up with a brilliant peach tart, tart, creamy, sweet, crispy, chewy, pure delicousness.
