this year was crazy, right? thankfully, it's over.
im not saying everything will magically get better this year,

Nothing good has happened this year per say, I mean it's been pretty awful in general unfortunately. I've lost some loved ones, and others are fighting to stay on this planet. Schoolwork is driving me to the point of insanity and I'm so tired. I couldn't be with my own family for the holidays. This year was mostly low points.

If I had to try and look at the bright side, it would probably be my new dog. She is the best thing that ever happened to me, and I will never forget that she was born the day that Animal Crossing New Horizons came out, XD. While I was playing away at my new game she had just entered the world. She is the sweetest puppy you could ever dream of, and even though she can be difficult, I love her to my very core.

to be truthful? this year has been a downhill battle. so far almost everything has been.. not really bad? I don’t really know, somewhere in the category of bad. my grades have gotten lower. and it’s so hard to concentrate on anything anymore. and everything seems so bleak and pointless.
