To put it simply? Someone hasn't been treating him quite too nicely. They keep trying to pull at his delicate wings, which he made himself, as well as taking away the one thing that makes him happy: light. They would taunt him with lamps and light bulbs, knowing he'd get all riled up and excited for it. His wings were also very delicate, and he couldn't stand seeing them damaged. It was his worst nightmare. His wings were made of a thin and delicate material that could easily be torn like paper. Who would be such a monster to bully him like this?! He'll get back at them, but for now he remains angry.
