◖A Ferian [Fair-e-an] is a medium sized, lion-esc creature with luminescent lures embedded in their chest, and the tip of their tail. Ferians were first discovered in densely covered forests, lurking in the dark. They are believed to be descendants of big cats, and was given the name "Ferian" as a homage to the Felidae family group.

Due to their presence in the dark, Ferians have developed "lures", most closely compared to that of an Angler Fish. These lures are used to, as the name implies, lure their prey in. Once lured in, it's been found that Ferians are able to swiftly take them out with their irregularly sharp front teeth. Said prey are usually various species of mice; however, they've been found to snack on different species of insects and fruits.

Despite staying in the dark, Ferians have been found to be rather friendly. Researches seldom found a feral-acting Ferian, though those who showed signs of hostility were taken in for rehabilitation. Scientists have decided to further research this species, mostly searching for a way to have Ferians adjust to brighter environments, due to the increasing destruction of forests worldwide.
Many harmless mutations have come about their studies, including the Ferians ability to adjust to light. As a result of this, Ferians have been deemed as acceptable domestic pets. Many researchers have taken Ferians in themselves to further add to knowledge on the relatively-new species.

There is much to be discovered about this species. Their means of communication, as well as their level of intelligence is still being looked into. Scientists have said they hope to begin breeding Ferians in the near future.

Researchers have found a rather lack-luster Ferian lurking amung the outskirts of the forest. This Ferian in specific lacks an identity, an unusual and seemingly dead trait ever since being introduced to humans. Scientists are offering this Ferian up for adoption to see if they can obtain any hue and markings by developing a genuine relationship with a human.

in order to describe lip, you must know his past. growing up in a world where you have to fend for yourself, you have to learn how to look after yourself and you have to learn that you are the only person that will have your back. he grew up in a world where he had to raise himself because his parents were too selfish to think about their children and sold their souls to the devil. lip is a headstrong, hardass guy who doesn’t take -ish from anyone. he’s a very blunt, opinionated boy and defiantly isn’t afraid to tell you what’s on his mind and doesn’t walk on egg shells for anyone’s feelings. however, under all the layers of hellfire and hatred, there is, indeed, a heart that shines brighter than the rest. lip can be a jackass but he can also be compassionate and a tender baby if he truly sees potential in you. he’ll love you hard and he’ll give you the world if he believes you deserve it. You could say Orion is a bit of a downer, he tends to always think negatively about things and is a little bit depressed. Hes not the most social of creatures, often stuttering and rubbing one of his paws when he interacts with others. Orion is an introvert, he prefers the comfort of his own little home over going outside, he does however enjoy the sound and feel of rain and will go outside to enjoy it whenever it does pour. Over all hes just one big sweet heart, he's not the type to forget anyone's birthdays and tends to always put others needs before his own, even if he does do it a bit sloppily. Surprisingly Orion is a huge neat-freak he's very passionate about tidiness and everything must be clean and the way he likes it. Something being out of place is the only time he'll confidently get upset with you. You'd think that Orion, because he's a nervous mess, he'd be afraid of a lot of things but not really, he loves horror movies and the only thing that can make this boy cry and/or cower in fear is being yelled at.
