Direcorn's are a mystical race of canine like creature that are part unicorn!
Direcorn's are normally very shy and keep to themselves, it is very rare to see them. With paws up front and hooves in the back these little guys are some of the fastest runners.
The small horns on the backs of their leg are used for protection, and marking their territory.
Direcorn's are said to have magical powers such as teleport or being able to levitate and some of the rarer, more elusive ones are said to have wings!
These fluffy creatures are very cuddly & friendly and once their trust is own they are actually very happy creatures.

Joyce gets very skittish and anxious around Christmas time, fretting about this and that and if she got the right gifts or if she got enough.

It was on one very particular christmas that her anxiety overrode her typical reassurances, causing the poor Direcorn to fret pretty late at night. In order to relax and get the worry out of her mind and chest, Joy set about making a round of decorated sugar cookies, using the creative outlit to put her kind at ease.

When she was done with an array of christmas trees, gingerbread men, and santa cookies galore, Joy finally retired for the night. She had a great rest and was bright eyed and bushy tailed to give out her cookies to her guests and boy did they love them!

From then forward Joy uses baking as her coping method because it makes her calm and she knows that her cookies are always well received for the lucky stars that give them.

Joyce really only wants to make others happy for christmas
