i think the most important thing for trying out for a kalon is development! who will the kalon be? who will they become? i want this boy because i fell in love with the character and design! here's cadmus:

so, this guy would be cadmus winterbury, an 80's obsessed twenty year old who enjoys the simpler things in life despite his rich family. cadmus has a snarky and dad-joke sense of humor and snorts when he laughs. he's got lot of quirks and is quite clumsy but he's trying his darn best! cad doesn't like being grouped with his snobby family (it's one of his biggest insecurities, people thinking he's stuck-up) and only visits them for christmas. but! he doesn't get lonely, he has his best bud sunny by his side. they are inseparable and crash at each others' places all the time. usually can be found at sunny's radio station, most likely eating ramen from mugs and listening to bob seger.

cadmus is running away; far away from something that happened in his past. what is it you ask? i would tell you, but then i may have to kill you.

Why do you want this kamper? -- First of all, I am absolutely in love with that face edit, those eyes!! On another note, both lavender and pastel yellow are my two favorite colours, and I feel like this Kalon blends those two colours perfectly and it makes my eyes just wanna melt out of love. The little hint of mint green makes me happy, and shows that green really can go very well with purple, as many designs I see merging those two colours make my eyes want to bleed instead. Completely unrelated to looks, I already have multiple ideas of how they can fit into all of my AU's, I feel like they would own a fabric store, and I feel like they would have an ice type power, specifically if they look you in the eyes you will slowly begin to turn to ice. I feel like developing them would be very easy for me, and overall I just seriously love the Kalon design and the ideas that immediately pop up in my mind when I see them. There aren't many Kalons that catch my eye as quickly as this Kalon, and for that reason, I would love to own this Kalon.

Because I wanna continue with the rainbow theme.
No really I am a sucker for the nice sweet pastels and the back mane. The shine is nice and simple on a scale and looks really fitting with all the colors already present on them. They looks so sweet I love them!
I feel like this kamper is such a soft kid and I love them for it. They would probably like all temperatures and times, but I feel they really like dusk and night, and probably the cooler nights.
They just.. I love this kid and wanna give them some tea and just hang for a bit with them??

Why do you want this kamper? -- Well, to start off with the obvious, they're so pretty! I usually prefer more neutral or dark colors but the soft pastels here are just so lovely. I also love how the shine doesn't really look like a typical shine but rather just part of the design as a whole, I'm also a total sucker for that back mane. His expression is so soft and cute as well and makes me just want to get to know him and gives me so many ideas for interesting personalities. But mainly, I really love the aurora borealis concept, I've never seen the lights in person myself but it makes me think of my brother who moved out of my current state to go live in Alaska a few years ago. He's sent me pictures since he's lived there but it's not the same, I hope to get to see them when I eventually get enough money to spare to go visit him. c: Word count: 160

Alright well, to be honest with this I've always wanted a main adopt kalon, I know this is an event adopt but, I would definitely consider it main, and its an adopt X3. having a custom is nice but, it kind of feels fake when that's all I have? its like, no one wanted this no one asked this to be made. so how can a custom not be selfish in my case if no one wanted it in the first place? I want to earn one, to be able to say I did something right this time. im rambling though honestly.
aside from my own insecurities, I chose this kalon in particular because of the colours and the cute simple design! the bright colours remind me of my favourite 80's style xmen character jubilee which is where the name comes from. I especially like how you drew the hair and fur edits where it reminds me of a pinata in a way. the whole design is super cute. the face is also super good with how it portrays this kals personality just by looking at it.
