The dance of candlelight on a wooden table brings him a sense of calm, blossoming his imagination as Raedyn sits himself at the wooden table, parchment paper in hand along with dozens of pens. A bag of dice and various books beside him.

He is a dungeon master. This is his job, and sometimes it feels it never ends - but in the best of ways. It's never a chore to create maps and campaigns for his friends, and sometimes the best inspiration hits him at 2 in the morning when he cannot sleep. (Not that he ever does sleep, the heathen)

Raedyn is quiet as he spills the dice onto the table, tracing around where they fall to create an intricately unique map filled with ponds and hills, perhaps even a mountain or two! With his other books, he begins to sketch the land, watercolor brushes feather-light in the leather-bound journal as he paints the pictures in his mind’s eye. Trying to bring his imagination to his players for their next session. He wants them to see as he does, wants their imagination to blossom as they traverse the lands. As their rogue party member somehow finds herself trapped within a pitfall in the ground, or perhaps help to paint the perfect tree for their bard to sing and dance under. It is not so simple as to just paint grass under sky. He is painting an entire world. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but Raedyn knows his are worth more than that. They are a journey, a development of imagination. Many sessions will take place on these maps, with these scenes in mind.

Raedyn pauses for a moment, lifting a die and examining it. A natural 20 on his map. He grins, marking a spot on the map. The den of the restless king, and his infinite treasure.

what do they do when they can't sleep:

On any night when he can't sleep, Nathan tends to write his own original music. He says most of his creativity comes to him at night. He has notebooks upon paper filled with lyrics; ranging from finished songs with beats to a few words on a page. Some people say the music he writes can be weird sometimes, however, Nathan finds his lyrics to be normal. After all, he does write late at night, and sometimes he's already half asleep when he does write out what's on his mind. It's always a 50/50 chance to whether or not it'll be a good song or a bad one, Nathan just likes to test fate and 'live dangerously' as he says.
