Viscet #1948 - RU for ArtGirl

Runner Up from #1790

I let them choose a breed of Cockatoo to be based on for the RU, and they chose a White-tailed Cockatoo.
Sadly, RUs can no longer be done on custom lines, even if the original comp. was done on custom lines. Sorry about that!

But! ArtGirl, just fill in the info and you'll be set! This counts as your main September Congrats again!
