I want all of you to know that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to have moments when you need someone to lean on; and if you don't have anyone, then please don't hesitate to shoot me a message. I'm here for all of you. I've been struggling with my own depression and anxiety lately, and i've learned a lot about myself this past month and i've undergone a lot of self-growth. Collar color/design: The collar color would most likely be green (I believe the depression awareness ribbon is green)
Ribbon Awareness Color: I would have the ribbon awareness color be purple and blue because I read it was a suicide awareness and prevention ribbon. I have been going through depression and anxiety for a while as well and over the past year it has been getting worse. It got so bad that everyday I wanted it all to end and I now have scars from all the times I got worse. I am finally trying to see that I am a good person and that I have many people who love me. I also hope that I can help those around me in need of some support. I know how hard it is especially if you keep going through it everyday. I just want everyone to know that they aren't alone and that there is help for them.
Something Positive: Something positive in my life would be that I have friends who can help me when I break. I also have them to share all my happy feelings and have them know when I feel down. I also was able to get my new baby from the kalon community and I love her very much. I also love how everyone is so kind in the community and I hope that never changes.
