He's a seer in the same setting as half my viscets in the Luken/Mutation Hunting universe. Able to 'see' and predict the future (to an extent), he is known as "The Seer" or 'The Eye from Above", as his real identity is shrouded in mystery. He is constantly sought after for information from both sides of the war, hoping to gain some information about potential outcomes. However, he refuses to take a side, and is not one for idle chat.
Usually very serious, does not initiate conversation, and harshly speaks the truth.
