Welcome once again! I see you are very interested in seeing what we have in store, yes?
Well here we have the Gatcha part of the event! All adopts made will be "mysterious" and given out
at completely random times and- to make it more random- they will all be raffles.
Some will be non-owners- some will be free for all- but all of them will be free of charge to the user.
No Referral Tickets required.

Gotta keep things fair!

Users may enter for any number of gatchas so long as they qualify, however once a user wins one, they must
wait two raffles to enter for a chance to win another- this is to prevent hoarding and giving out a wider
distribution to others who have no won.
Once/If a user has won three they may not win anymore.

Gatchas will be posted by me exclusively, however maybe have been made by other artists.
Gatchas will be opened after it has been won.
