These names are based on the character Genji from Overwatch. I've had an idea for this character for a long time, and I think that this bab would be perfect for it!

Independent: Genji is a free spirit. His soul thrives on being free to do as he pleases. Though he frequents Golden Morning stables, he is not tied down by any means. He tends to wander a lot because of it, and has seen much of the world around him. Sometimes he'll only be gone for a day, but sometimes he'll disappear for months, even years. But this is simply because his own independence is so core to his being, and so important to him, that without it he would be a broken horse, one without any life left in it's heart.

Peaceful: Preferring flight to fight on most occasions, Genji is a peaceful soul. This, of course, does not mean he is by any means weak. He will fight if necessary, but he much prefers to simply walk away. Having spend many years as a fighter, Genji has come to realize there is more to the world than simply fighting your way through life. There is a dignity in this way of life, and even when walking from conflict something about the way he holds himself prevents Genji from losing any reputation. His graceful and serene nature make him wildly popular among those he meets.

Protective: Even though he would prefer to not confront others, Genji has a bit of a nasty streak when it comes to those he is protecting. Offending or threatening someone Genji is close to is akin to poking a sleeping bear with a stick. Genji's attitude can go from indulgent to irate at the drop of a dime, and his bad side is not pretty. Many horses have learned this the hard way. Occasionally, on his travels, Genji will come across a being who finds joy in pushing others' buttons. By the time he leaves, those poor souls are quick to realize their mistakes.

Proud: None holds their head higher than Genji. His pride is palpable, and he lacks any sense of humility. This acts as a bit of a counterpart to his peaceful nature, as those who love him for that trait hate him just as much for his pride. If any trait was to be Genji's hamartia, it would be his hubris. Somehow, however, Genji manages to keep his pride in check in situations of need. But nothing will ever truly remove this hubris from Genji's veins.

Steadfast: When it comes to matters close to Genji's heart, there is absolutely no negotiation. His heart will not be bough by anything, and he becomes as solid as a mountain. And no mountain is ever moved, even if a hurricane passes through. He holds strong to his ideals and his code of conduct. Some might call him a white knight, but how can words hurt that which does not even lend those words an ear? No matter the situation, you can count on Genji to stick true to his beliefs.

Faelan is a quiet patient stallion. He will put up with almost anything from almost anyone. He works well with other horses and is a dream to ride. He is could be called social because he likes to spend time with other horses. He isn't much of a talker though. He only speaks when he feels he really has something good to say. He plans things out carefully and is rarely caught without a plan, or highly detailed schedule, for his day, his week, his month, his year. He is a bit on the perfectionist side and can be meticulous. He has a fun side, but his quiet nature and meticulousness tend to make other horses assume he is serious or no fun.
Sometimes though, when no one else is around, Faelan will take a long run, go swimming in the stream, or even exploring in the hills on a whim. He has a go-getter, reckless side that few ever see. He can almost be like a different horse at times!

Personality
Stella is a complete sweetheart and a very well known beginners' horse. She has a calm disposition and doesn't mind walking in circles for an hour. Once she has a more experienced rider though, she likes to have fun. She likes being scratched between her eyes and is never nippy. However when she is in the paddock she takes off, tearing up the grass while galloping around.
