Introduction

Welcome to Light Collector Adopts! Here you will find nimble creatures called Light Collectors. A Light Collector, or LC for short, is a small mystical creature who eats or ''collects'' forms of light. Their favorite snacks are always light which is the same color as their glow. This glow appears on a baby Light Collector's tail at birth as a light white color that quickly develops its permanent color within a hour of being born. When the baby Light Collector grows its horns as an adolescent, this same glow appears on the tips of the small round horns. But the wonder does not stop at the beautiful glowing tails and horns, as all Light Collectors have the ability to fly even without wings. They are incredibly light, allowing them to float through the air lighter than a feather.

Eeep sorry yall, little bit of an edit to the design as I was a total goof on the species rules ;n; Hopefully it isnt changed enough to the point that you would have to change anything in your forums, and if you had already done writing/art/ect that no longer applies to a part of their design I will accept it anyways and it will not hurt your chances!

Personality: With a name like Lux, you'd suspect this Light Collector to be pretty tough and scary. And judging by her looks, you'd definitely think she was a punk rocker girl. But none of that is true... Well, not entirely.
You see, Lux is viewed as scary - but not because of her name or appearance. No; see, Lux is a gardener - a special type, might I add. She grows and buys exotic plants, such as Zeylonias and Peace Lilies. But while these plants may look a bit odd, they're not the exact reason everyone fears Lux.
The reason they fear this girl is because of her behaviour towards the plants.
Lux was a very lonely child growing up. So, in order to fill the void of friendship, she started buying and growing exotic plants. Having only plants as friends, she's gone a bit loopy from solitude and isolation. She treats her plants as if they were her children - naming them, talking to them, asking them how their day was... She goes the whole nine yards with her precious plants. She thinks this is completely normal.
Everyone else thinks she's gone completely insane.

Relationships: Cassandra- Cassandra finds Lux rather fascinating. Being a psychologist, Cassie likes picking at Lux's mind, seeing what truly goes on inside there. Lux doesn't really mind all the questions and talking, though. In fact, she rather likes Cassie's company. But this may only be because of the fact that Cassie doesn't actually disown Lux for talking to her plants and treating them like people.
Crescendo (bottom)- The kid's weird. And that's saying something, coming from a girl who names and talks to trees. Sure, he's nice, but he's way too hyperactive for Lux's liking, and as much as she likes the kid, she doesn't particularly appreciate having to play a surprise game of "20 Questions" every time he comes over to visit her.
Colver- He's a major flirt that Lux doesn't really care for, to be honest. Don't get her wrong; she likes his company just as much as she likes everyone elses' company. It's just... He talks more than he walks, you know?
Bernard- Her best friend's adopted brother, and the REALLY quiet one. Lux is very curious about Bernie, and oftentimes invites him over for a cup of tea. She wants to know more about him, but alas - he just seems too darn shy for them to actually have a decent relationship. It's hinted that Lux MAY have a crush on Bernard, but it is unofficial.
Bonabelle- Ah, yes, Bonabelle. The peanut butter to Lux's jelly, the Bonnie to her Clyde, Lux and Bonabelle are practically inseparable! They constantly crack jokes that only they understand, and are pretty much on the same wavelength most of the time. Sometimes, though, they get into silly little disputes. Nothing serious, thankfully; it's just that they'll start joking around and insulting each other in the most creative ways possible. (ie., "You're as useless as the white crayon in the box," "You're the AT&T of people," etc.)
Caption- Oh. Right. The scary one. Lux fears for the safety of herself and her babies whenever Caption is around. She's heard rumors of why Caption went to prison, and since Cassandra won't tell her why he was incarcerated in the first place, Lux can only assume the worst.
