What are Natrix Dragons?
[Natrix Dragon = Snake Dragon]

Natrix Dragons are dragon-like creatures which can grow up to 3 meters long and 1.8 meters high. Their name comes from their snake-like tongue which they use to 'taste' their prey. With their nose they can smell prey from nearly 3km away. They don't only use their claws to hunt but also dig big underground caves where they raise their hatchlings.
Their diet only consists of meat. They mainly hunt deer and other hoofed animals but there were cases where they have been hunting fish and even bears.
Natrix Dragons can't fly or possess any special powers but there have been rumors about winged ones, which have never really shown themselves to humans though.
Natrix Dragons can come in all colors but they will never have eye-burning combinations like red and blue directly beneath each other. They are very calm creatures but when frightened they will defend themselves using their fangs, horns as well as claws. Nevertheless if you manage to win a Natrix Dragon's heart it will be a perfect companion for the rest of it's life.

Why?; To him they're cute, cuddly, and easy to handle, as week as small, well manageable, and tamable.
Least favorite animal; Dogs or Cats
Why?; He's actually been afraid of dogs since he was a younger dragon as he once had a run in with a certain Cerberus that did not... End well for either animal. Since then he's just had a terrible fear of them; As fire cats he just doesn't like how they are. You can train them, they really only eat and sleep, and there almost as unpredictable as dogs. That and they can be loud.

Why?; Fragile, Unwanted, Warm and usually cuddly, playful, dependent. They never leave another one from their family behind and often communicate a lot with one another for protection and food. Their such a social species and adorable at that. Ferrets, Weasels, Otters, Mice, Moles, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, the list goes on and on.

Least favorite animal; Reptiles
Why?; Cold heart, blood thirsty and usually toxic, savage, killer beast. Such scaly and slimy creatures that are full of independence and don't social as much or at all. Not many of them are cute at all, don't get me wrong pretty colors but that's a sign for dangerous.

Why?; Nature has always been a lover of the ocean and all it holds, and her favourite part about the vast waters are the creatures it gives life to, more specifically the Flying Fish. With their shimmery, silver scales that reflect green and blue light, they never fail to amaze the Matrix Dragon and stun her into awe. She loves how unique they are and how rarely others get to see the beauty of the fish. The freedom that they seem to have as they leap from the water to the air and the grace that they posses with every movement just makes her swell with pride towards the tiny creatures.
Least favorite animal; Sloths
Why?; As odd as it may be that the slowest animal on earth scares the bajeebers out of Nateeri, she seems to think that her reasons are completely valid. The way they move and the pace they move at just seems to get under her skin. She doesn't see the point in having an animal that can barely move fast enough to escape predators or one who sleeps hanging from a tree for that matter. Another thing about sloths that freak her out, are the long claws that they have. Many know that sloths aren't violent animals so Nateeri never hesitates to point out that they were given claws that look like they could gut a fish in a few seconds.
